Bran is believed to be dead. However, if he was around and they knew he was alive then yes. He is the King of the North.
Jon Snow is a bastard and never legitimized so he has NO LEGAL CLAIM to the North.
Sansa is the lawful Queen of the North for at least 2 reasons.
She is the legal heir of the Stark family. She is the legal wife of the former Warden of the North Ramsay Bolton.
So if you consider her a Bolton or a Stark she is Queen.

Each episode isn't one day. They jump weeks or months at a time between scenes, episodes or seasons. Each season is more like a year in the life of these people... if not, explain how Aria and Bran went from 12 to 20 from season 1 to season 7.

- as long as Tyrion is still alive the Lannisters still have a claim on her especially since they want to leverage her Stark bloodline -only a king can dissolve the marriage and iirc neither Tommen nor Cersei have released her
Now that Jon is acclaimed as king he can dissolve the union - also Tyrion would gladly ask Danny to dissolve it. (I expect the the Tyrion Sansa reunion will be really interesting and funny, come to think of it -them getting married for real would politically be a good idea after / if Cersei dies)

In Jon's case it maybe because of his Targaryen bloodline AND Stark bloodline (descendants of the first men, Bran the Builder) ancestors that wielded significant magic outside of Valeria- powerful enough to fight the children of the forest to a standoff - and win the Long Night to defeat the white walkers and erect the wall and set spells that remain strong centuries later

There was some pretty interesting spoilerish shit that people were talking about based upon season 7 promotional pics of the cast in costume. I won't mention it her, even though it's not a book thing, but if you look for pictures of the stark kids together in costume; pictures that came out in like June..... it's something I missed and would never have even given a second thought, but after reading up on it it makes sense.....

Sansa was repulsed by Tyrion but he is actually her best play. Kings landing recognizes her as a Lannister and no one believes in polygomy meaning the Bolton marriage is illegetamate. If she were to have his kids, they would be Lord's of casterly rock.
These aren't the exact pictures I was speaking of, but I do believe they are from the same shoot. I think I can say study Arya without really giving anything away because even looking at the picture, I would not have noticed... It's not an official spoiler I guess because it's not from the books and it's not something that has been confirmed by anyone from the show (the theory) but something in Arya's pic does point to a huge possibility. If you want me to, I'll send you a pm so as to not to put it here in case it might be against the spirit of the spoiler rules (may end up not even being true, but ...):
