Had I had this opportunity to do this I would have taken it.
It's moments like this that explain why white People are always the ones who want to hang around the obviously haunted house. Genetics.

Nah there's Wind and Hail insurance, every homeowner it's usually a requirement now in the south, forced to take it out.

Oh because in new jersey they got flood insurance but get this..
They only cover floods starting from the ground up.
So when Sandy hit a lot of folks living in million dollar brownstones by the river in jersey city just lost their homes....
They claim the flood didn't start from the ground up.....
That's messed up. But am sure insurance companies will always try their BS but I've seen FEMA usually kick in where insurance doesn't if there's some catastrophe.

Yeah bro, the insurance covers tornado. My policy covers every act of nature. But, it doesn't cover flood insurance.. You can get it, but u have to live in the flood zone.. I don't live near the flood zone, so I don't buy it.. My insurance cover water damage, but the water can't come thru the doors or windows.. I know, It don't make sense..
I'm dealing with my insurance now, last week we got blasted with baseball size hail!! I left my car in the driveway, I got a few dings but not too bad.. My neighbors truck and car, looked like someone took a ball peen hammer to them!! And his roof got beat to hell!!

But the flood Insurance with that type of policy don't protect you at all from acts of nature...

Man, when the alarm is sounded for bad weather in the summer!! Bro, you see people running for shelter or underpasses.. That hail ain't no joke, you get tagged by baseball size hail!! There's a good chance your going to end up with sum brain trauma.
Flood insurance is a whole different ball game.. I believe it run by the government and only up to 250k.. With this crazy weather these days, I'm sure I'll end up buying flood insurance. We're getting 4 - 5inches of rain on a regular now..
