Side note... while all this is going... we should not ignore what's going on with Gloria Alfred's ex-apprentice chicks defamation suit... if this case survives pass Trump's motion to dismiss... then Trump's team is going to have to open up those Apprentice tapes to discovery.

Trump made these statements against the chick while he was a private person and not in official capacity so I think the Nixon exception would apply in allowing the suit to continue.

Those tapes are the golden ticket for me... I just need one tape with him saying ******... just one tape and it Over... done....

Even the Repubs... in office who say that would privately will not be able to spin any support towards trump. He would basically become a lame duck president. I'm quietly watching this lawsuit daily.
