Jobs-wise this is bad, but tech-wise this is like when GM sold the rights to produce an outdated car to the Iraqi govt. The F-16 is old tech, and just because they're getting a certain airframe doesn't mean they'll get access to the avionics and other modern electronics. They probably won't have the same engines that we use either.
