He was shooting a horrific 36% percent from the field, so it wasn’t just that Thompson was generally uninvolved on offense. He was both uninvolved and bad.

I just wish Thompson wasn't STRUGGLING so much... to make just 4 or 5 point blank layups right under the basket... when he's playing roughly 35+ minutes, or more.
Whenever he walks off the court with 8pts or less... it's like he struggling so badly to make just ONE bucket per quarter.
It hurts the Cavs to keep depending on just 2 guys to 'carry everyone' night after night.

Agreed. All we can ask in elite level sports is heightened competition. Nobody wants to see sweeps, near-sweeps, or lopsided victories for either team. Talking with friends it's a mixture of GS & Cleveland fans. Pretty even overall. Everyone's in agreement that GS' firepower is tough to deal with - especially after a long season and nagging injuries sustained by everyone, and knowing that LBJ & KI will always be 1-A and 1-B. Gotta have Thompson and Love putting up those numbers. Damn good players in their own right when they're in the rhythm. As for Golden State ... when Curry, Klay, Green & Durant aren't playing well ... they rely on Zaza Bitchulia to put up those triple-doubles to save them.
