I give most of my money to The Estate of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and to further the cause of the nation of Israel.
I invest heavily in ripple, getting black people out of the sunken place and providing evidence that all white people are devils. Resptively. :hmm:

even though most of these dudes on here cry about bank accounts i put a nice chunk in the bank, a small portion into investments and the rest into my personal investments that i do such as cars to sell, etc

When I first had a sizable chunk disposable income saved up, I took part of it (about 25k) and invested it in various etfs and index funds. The rest in savings accounts.

I put 5% of my check in my 401K each week. I throw some money on company stock each week, as well. The rest goes towards mainly food and sneakers.

- RRSP portfolio (primarily mutual funds --- medium risk - long term)

- TFSA (Tax-Free Savings Account)

- GICs and CSBs (Guaranteed Investment Certificates & Canada Savings Bonds)

is there a website for this?
As for real estate syndication, it's pretty much the model of Fundrise.com but I'm involved in some private groups. With regards to private lending, I know a lot of realtors and conventional loan officers, so they are the source of my business.

I just refuse to buy a bunch of real estate and dealing with tenants. I prefer the lending side but unfortunately it's very risky though potentially more rewarding.

You might want to up that 20%, the so called experts are saying if you aren't saving and investing at least 20% you might not have enough for retirement.

I'm learning a new investing game plan.
I can't do the shot in the dark thing anymore.
