Team 1 is the only team with a point guard (actually they have 2). KG had plenty of opportunities to "kill Dirk" and he never really did that. And Shaq's size would neutralize Cap's skill and vice versa.

Shaq couldn't stop the sky hook. Cap couldn't prevent Shaq from bodying/dunking on him. Dirk almost always got the better of KG head-to-head. Shaq's the only player who would need to stay in the low post and he would completely dominate down there. Team 1 is almost perfectly designed from a team chemistry perspective. Bron and Zeke would keep Shaq happy.

actually, they played each other a total of 36 times. Dirk is up 19 to 17. PPG is pretty much even at 22. KG leads in all other stats with the exception of FT percentage. Also, KG has made an all defense team 12 times, Dirk 0.
