2016-2017 NBA Playoffs is finally here..Spurs vs Dubs (0-4), Cavs vs Celtics(4-1)

Overrated by him...

The Cavs will never be a high win regular season team... Its like they use the regular season to work on things, playing their defense slower but fussing on the rotations responsibilities and when the post season comes they are basically doing the same things but two times faster and harder.

They could if the team stay healthy.

I think they could play simple and smart which won't exert all they're energies. Use the whole roster is healthy and they could blues teams easily.

That lil Nigga didnt beg to get back in the game... FOH!

  that's what the coach said bro

He gotta show the lil man got heart and wanted to leave it on the court. Even tho we know Danny made that call. Danny ain't trying to have his trade bait fucked up even more.

I'd like to say its fuck up but this the difference from being at home vs being on the road...

Leonard probably would've got Airmed if he was in SA lmao
id like to say putting david lee into that graphic is the exact reason i can't take these complaints seriously. he is not and would not have been a difference maker. just like tony parker wouldn't have who has a high score over the past 2 years against the warriors of 10 points. 10.

Its obvious that they don't care about home court or records, their main priority is staying healthy and being playoff ready... I agree with you about using more of their roster especially when it comes to Traveres but I still think they will keep doing what has worked and that is not go full tilt until the games count..
Another thing, the big difference between the Warriors and the Cavs is that the Cavs win by playing harder and faster, while the Warriors are more of a machine who can blow you away while on cruse control, in other words for the Cavs to win as many games as you are suggesting they have to be busting their tail game after game leading to a lot of wear and tear during the regular season to me I don't see that making too much sense especially at LeBrons age.

At first, I was like the Cavs just coasting through the regular season. But I got nervous near the end of the season when they still looked lackluster. Now, it's very clear they weren't putting in much effort during the regular season. Anyone who wondered whether Lebron and the Cavs could just 'flip a switch' has been proven wrong.

I think it was more to do with have the complete roster over anything....

These cats missed time due to injury over that stretch...

Jr
Love
Krover
Shump

I don't know the exact date(I'm sure other clubs had these problems also) but not having a full practice since February...with adding new players should get stressed slightly more.

Lebron said, something to the idea of sweeping the first rd was the best thing for them as a team. It wasn't even about the rest it was the chance to practice as a whole team.

I would agree if that's the way the would be playing at the moment.
What we're seeing from them really reflects the ease that Golden State plays with. The dubs play with a sense of full knowledge of the system. The Cavs don't normally play that way, they showed in the past to do it but its not a given like the dubs. I think that had to come from Lue. He's been pretty on point this year, with trying new sets for a few minutes and storing it, try new packages and seeing what they could so together.....I meant dude close games with

Deron
Shum
Krover
Lebron
Fyre

That's does two things:
1.keep them energized and excited that lue trust them enough to close games with them!!!
2. Show the starters, Lue ain't scared to bench you if your messing up, which in a sense could help them if they start being complacent!!!

Mann let me stop before I type a essays like you and the E dude!!!

I wonder if that is fucking up the NBA money
Nah... them checks been cashed already. Thats how Mike Conley became the highest paid player ever. . If it remains an issue it can effect negotiations for next broadcast rights deal tho. In real time, only ones who bottomline may be effected are the tv partners that air this shit.

the problem is the finals dates need to be scheduled in advance and the Cavs and GS has fucked up the timeline by whipping everybody's ass is all
The bigger scheduling issue is broadcast time of these games... You have one game per weekend day and they dont come on until 9pm. Thats beyond stupid.. Especially in down years like this one where the games arent competitive. Every year i say this tho. It needs to go back to earlier weekend games. Certainly when there is only one being played.

The players will tell you 7-9 days is too long; it fucks with their rhythm; Im sure the players would be fine on 3 days rest...
Take a poll Bruh!

No way in hell a player would want less time off. Once you reach a certain level in your career, that rust shit goes out the window... Ask the Celtics about Game 1 against the Cavs!! @Beeiii, break it down for him Bruh! :roflmao:

On both counts, I'd be pissed to have a game played at 6pm my time to make things better on the other coast too. West coast gets just as fucked as we do behind this shit... :smh:

Well

bingo

The west would get 4 days after after get the west title

While the east got 3 days after being crowned east champs

So it's not the NBA fault, now maybe they could answer the flexibly of the schedule but that would be very tricky.

Youre not gonna flip a switch against the Warriors. LeBron bout to be 3-7 in the Finals.
