Official BGOL Crypto Currency Thread ★★★★★

Any website where you used your ID and SS#, Sammy will be in the know. I'm pretty sure these sites we signed up with and are doing trading with are/will be sending info to Uncle Sam.

There really isn't anyway for most of us to hide from him.

Indeed. Moving low-key is just my demeanor. Y'all move accordingly.

Yea I'm not trying to hide from the tax man that's not my object in all of this
I'm good paying my taxes I'm just going to pay them immediately and then go from there so that's not where I'm coming from as far as trying to circumvent the law. Now I will use some loopholes feel me but I'm not trying to just skip it altogether.
So do you plan on waiting a year to get the long term capital gains rate or will you be going by the marginal tax bracket rates? Cause in reality ain't nobody cashing anything out until a year from the initial invest unless they want to pay the marginal rates. Anything over $92000 in less than a year is 30 percent off the top(28% to be exact.)

This shit is crazy. A few months ago I thought it was way premature to be talking taxes and thought we wouldn't see a dollar until 2022. I remember just a few months ago we were overjoyed at it hitting one penny. Now this shit is touching 40 cents and we might hit a dollar next month.I initially invested off the strength that it was cheap, the experience of missing out on Bitcoin back when Malachi told us about it,and the news presented on here. Words cannot explain how great this thread has been for me. Not only the money, but the experience of making money this fast has me totally rethinking the common notion of working for money and getting paid hourly. Most people work 40 Hrs a week. Just putting 5 solid hours a week into looking for opportunities can leverage your time into making more money.Even if I got millions from this, my eyes are open for more opportunities like creating an exchange to compete with our current options,Creating a competitor to Coinbase, XRP ATM machines, or being a wealth manager that deals with Cryptocurrency. I live in the Bay Area where we had the Dotcom and currently in a Tech boom where people because millionaires within months by being involved in emerging economies. Pretty much all of them being White,Asian, or Indian. It is refreshing being around my own people and watching us get this money and communicate openly as Bruthas and Sistas do.

Man who you telling. My name was passed along for consideration/ promotion and I guess I'm kinda excited but all I'm thinking about is how I can put more money into XRP weekly. I'm not fucking around. I'll get into the stocks at some point but I wanna learn as much as I can about this crypto market

When I put in the initial amt in feb. It was so small I had a set it and forget it mentality.....now I'm like I see rental properties in my future. Will try to hold out for the year. Lmao

I'm not going to read all 200 pages but I'll check out the videos on the first page. With a ROI this big, hopefully a lot of you made a lot of money.

Ok, This is my strategy. I buy a Million of decent coins under 1 Penny (a little under 2k per coin)
SC & DGB a few weeks ago. Looks like it's paying off so far.
It goes to a Buck, I'm a Millionaire. Must be a coin of substance though....Not a Pump and Dump
I should've did that with STR a month ago but still ended up with 50k of STR so I G'd off a little

ya I wish I had played this a bit smarter...I should easily have 500k ripple and 500k lumens

Are there any projections for what XRP might be valued at by the end of year? I know June should be a big month, but I don't know what the projections are. I'm trying to temper my expectations for the long term hold and ultimately when want to cash out.

the most realistic prediction is $1...actually that's more safe than realistic...@ the current rate it's going I can see $1.50 to $2

I might cop a ledger blue when it's back in stock. The way ripple is going by july $229 might be chump change.

damn...I was supposed to cop it last nite

*edit*

damn shits won't be available til fucking july...played myself royally tryna wait for the official word they're supporting ripple

We're on the same page. I know there's people looking at living off a reasonable return on their invested money, but I'm trying to get this money into tangible assets immediately. My goal is $20k a month in residual income from rental property. Simply put if I own 20 houses and average $1000 a month per house, that's $20k a month gross and I'm thinking $12-15k after insurance, taxes, and propert managememt fees. Stock market can go wherever, but people will always need a place to stay.

Bitcoin and Ripple took off from the end of march.......what happen that triggered bitcoin to double from 900 to 1800 in two short months???

Got this about 30 mins ago:

We have received your verification request.

With digital currencies surging in popularity recently, the high numbers of new traders on exchanges like ours can exert significant pressure on the customer service team. This recent spike in new users has led to us receiving a significantly higher number of customer verification requests.

We are therefore experiencing some delays, but are working around the clock to clear our backlog. For more details, please check the announcement on our website, where further details can be found.

If you have already received a response to your request in the meantime, please disregard this message.

Thank you for your patience!

:suicide::suicide:

Its been about 5 days for me as well for bitstamp. On top of that the damn coinbase CC payment option keeps giving me an error ugh!!!

When I'm ready to cash out I'm getting one of these Coinbase Bitcoin credit cards, hopefully (I'm sure that I'm wrong but a man can dream) this will minimize my tax exposure if I buy everything using the card. Lol

https://www.shiftpayments.com/card

I was just saying this same shit to my boy yesterday, like if this shit takes off for me I am going to just have to go with all bitcoin solutions as long as amazon starts to take them I will be good. Thanks for the link to the card.

Yeah I think you're right.
You can also sell (for cash) BTC to someone who wants them at a lower rate (which is illegal)
Naw you sell those Bitcoins in person for cash at 10% above cost as Tone Vays would say. And here is the place to do it
https://localbitcoins.com/

Also How do we really put the money in our bank accounts safe from Sammy without a tax hit. Speculation is over we know where XRP is going, cashout talk needs to be brewing we my hit $1 by mid-June the time they lock up their holdings for 10 years

Yo yall can buy Amazon gift cards up to $500 on Gyft app with Bitpay.

The wife and I have been buying gift cards for Amazon, Target, Best Buy using Bitcoin.

It's a short-term option if you want to start spending some profits.
I'm trying to buy a house with 1st cashout that's why I'm so hard up trying to figure out how to get out without getting middle-man raped or raped by Sammy.
