Damn this made my local morning news. Jit gonna do the max over some dumb shit. Like someone said, turned himself in. Charged w/ assault.

Old lady is OK but has serious bruises on her shoulder & leg. AND she is on the board of the apt complex where this occurred.

Things just got interesting. This is in fact a HOA pool...but the lady who got dropped works for/is an agent for the HOA. She was going out to check on the pool because the other residents called to complain. Her case would be better against the HOA if she was just a regular person, but she may be outta gas on this on.

It actually sounded like she was trying to give him an out. "The brain isn't fully developed" is a standard defense in youth cases. I wouldn't be surprised if she asked the judge for leniancy.

Dumbasses, you think you're just getting interviewed; the prosecutor is adding YOU to the witness list, along with the victim's attorney as they prep that civil suit!!

Here's ALL that needs to be said (ideally, say NOTHING) if the camera shows up :

"So you saw that old lady get tossed in the pool?"

"The old lady at the party on mm/dd/yyyy; you were at that party, right?"
"What party?"
"We were on Facebook and Jane Doe asked you if that was the craziest thing you'd ever seen...."

When they upload these vids to social media all they're thinking about are how many LIKES, COMMENTS, SHARES they're going to get and the biggest one is going VIRAL. I've seen people make post congratulating people whose vids have gone viral, telling them how they are famous now and shit:hmm:

Idiots love praise but for all the wrong reasons. The media glorifies celebrities doing this shit (showing pussy getting out of a car, strip club making it rain, fighting paparazzi) so these dummies think it's cool to film dumb shit because they get attention...its a mental problem and a cry for help. That have no way to get attention for positive actions and they know positive attention doesn't last forever. The young brother that was accepted to every Ivy League school story was hot for a day or two, the guy that filmed himself jumping off the hotel into the pool and breaking his legs...people are still watching that shit.
