He makes 20 million + a year.. leaving with 40 and severance , after being fired, humiliated and exposed as a pervert is a win.

They said on MSNBC he would get 1 years salary...could be upwards of 20 million, but there are rumors that he had just signed a 4yr deal with fox news for 25 million and would still get a large portion of that contract which in total would be 100 million !!!!

You think too smallminded. This is nothing like Sterling.. O'Reilly was the face and voice of the conservative movement and platform. He is largely responsible for normalizing alot of heinous and discriminatory shit.. His reputation and credibility was used to give validity to alot of despicable shit and people... He spent his career moralizing and condescending on the basis of being superior and on the premise that his "side" was what was right about america and the opposing view was what was wrong.
This firing exposed him and all of that as a fraud. It sullied the brand and the face of the franchise. He has egg on his face and everyone he tried to devalue is laughing. Further, the guy is an egomaniac who thought he was above the law and beyond reproach... This is a tough pill for him to swallow.
