I doubt it.

Corey has his own following. Zo has his following. They already have a loyal fan base who support the show, buy their books and clothes, and see them live.

To my understanding, they would like sponsorship, but not at the cost of changing their format or being told what they can or can not say.

They seem content with where they are for the most part. I don't see how a stunt would benefit them other than getting them some extra views, which they don't really need since they're not really "selling" the show.
