When you look at the video where he actually talking......you can see that he seems more hurt by the fact that people were saying that the shooting was fake than he was for actually taking a man's life. I don't believe they can't find someone's exact location who's on facebook live or signed into google. I don't know that he was signed into google but I know you can be tracked through google. I don't know facebook's capabilities but I don't see how they wouldn't be able to track his location. That doesn't seem plausible. This isn't 1995 O.J. white bronco. You have to put in work to not be traceable on the net these days or:
a) they've been lying about all the technology they have
b) or like you said they want this dude to stay out there longer as long as he doesn't kill any whites
