in story -so far everything is supposed to be in NY NJ with the data site being in northern VA - thats a 4 or 5 hour run from NYC

but to my eyes the film sites are mostly not in NY, the Brooklyn scenes are right, but the city scenes are wrong so is Quinn's house in Queens, but they could be filming in mostly upstate NY

What gets me is the FBI agent that got merked visited there like it was just a commute. Went there and told carrie to meet him at his house (which should be somewhere in ny) like it was nothing. Also the jeep was there too. Finally max is commuting back and forth like its a stones throw. Shit doesnt add up.

It is so unbelievable that Carrie hasn't returned Saul's messages. She doesn't think that she should update Saul about what is going on? Are these people really supposed to be CIA agents?

I think that the Attorney General must be in on the plot. Where did he disappear to? What type of incompetent FBI agents don't check for explosives before opening the garage door?
lazy / careless ones - and that should have been a forensics team
but protocol is always to clear for traps
actually - it makes perfect damn sense she didn't call Saul back.
because of the way Quinn sent the message - she would have yanked her phone battery before leaving Manhattan
Saul went silent after seeing the video of Dar - and Carrie would be an idiot to make a call to Saul with a team across the street and Quinn set up on them (notice that Quinn didn't call her - one way they fucked up - no way Quinn sets up on the window sill)
that being said she should have called him after the FBI was on site

I've seen it done in real life, where for short periods of time like 3 or 4 days - a few folks I knew did a daily commute between NY and VA.
The worst I ever saw was a Mastercard coworker that would drive +3 hours each way from PA to a node on Long Island working 7 to 9 hours /day - some days splitting time between LI and Purchase

I hate to say it, but I watch this show before I watch The Walking Dead. Half the time I forget The Walking Dead is on. Homeland is a very good show and I love how it parallels the situation that's happening in this country right now.

I need to catch back up with The Americans to see which show is better. Right now I have to give it to Homeland.

Yeah I wondered where did the DA go too but remember they said something was going on at the Whitehouse and I was thinking it was more than the protester being hit with the car, which actually made me happy lol. And if you noticed it was very chaotic back at the Whitehouse...but why?

Why is it unbelievable? Remember when Saul got the info was right around the time Carrie was being taking to Quinn and turned her phone off for tracking purposes. When she got up she was dealing with the whole assassin shit and what occurred after that. I wouldn't of returned the message too especially if I didn't hear it.

Next week is the finale?

Damn, I was hoping for two more weeks

The show has improved as the season progressed and it started filling in the blanks. It was wack at first with Carrie's new job.

Long live QUINN
a fucking intelligence officer protecting the country until the very end. He went out exactly how he should have. I kind of had a feeling he was gonna go out, he wasn't really limping this episode he was walking around kinda smooth and shit I thought damn he gonna be tough next season
Was already a step ahead and as usual knew what Carrie would do. FUCKING SAVED THE PRESIDENT.
forget everything else he did indirectly for the country he actually got to die saving the president from an assassination. It don't get no better for a solider than that. They did him justice so I am fulfilled with his tenure on this show.

NOW
Dar in the slammer and he was fucking right about her.
Saul is now arrested too them people gonna be in jail FOREVER too based on the precedence they fought to obtain they can just be held in there with no trial forever.
Keane is a biotch. It's crazy. CRAZY but it is going to be interesting next season. REALLY CRAZY cannot wait.

Poor Max
he absolutely cannot handle anyone he cares about dying. he just goes right off the deep edge and that's all she wrote.

This is exactly why I don't help people, because you help them and then they turn around and shit on you.

Carrie,Saul and Quinn helped and saved the President and yet she turns around and shit on Carrie and Saul

And,you gotta love how people are saying they're not watching season 7 just because Quinn died

You knew Quinn was going to die, because the actor was going around on TV promoting the show...he never does that I think..

it don't matter that quinn died nobody is bigger than the show imo he went out doing his job
the plot twist with dar actually being right in the end will have me ready for next year
HOPEFULLY they jump right into it

The new Chief of Staff was cleaning house. That was a power play. He wants the President's undivided attention and only listening to him. He played on the President's fear that she can't trust anyone.

Dude should get some type of award for his performance this season.....

I'm glad they allowed him to get kill the way he wanted to get killed

That's that those saying they wont watch are missing
actually saving the president and dying for it is what they signed up for in the first place.
nobody EVER gets the chance to do it and he actually did.

How many bomb explosions can a person be near?

I think she was purging everybody and starting fresh.

Episode seemed rushed and like it should have been split in to two.

Next year should be interesting

and the president can't make a call and get her daughter back :hmm:

really going to miss quinn next season

with how season 7 is set up we are really going to need a badass to help fix it
