I'm no doctor, but wouldn't the cause of the cancer in the second lesbo be the HPV she received from the first, not the actual cancerous cells? Otherwise that would mean that cancer itself can be transmitted from person to person.

Not surprised, and I have a background as an EMT so have an understanding medically. They are sharing vaginal fluids/secretions. So even if not rubbing pussies together, still fingering each other and probably sharing dildo's or whatever other toys. Wouldn't it be the same cancer (cervical) since it is the same viral strain?

Both women have a cervix.

I'd be surprised if one had testicular cancer.

and NO it wouldnt automatically be the same kind of cancer because HPV doesnt sharp shoot like that.
