I think this reading of the current situation gives the Dems waaaaaay too much credit and dismisses the success that the GOP has had in narrowing the range of acceptable political discourse in America. Overton's Window and all that.

But I'm not trying to spend all weekend arguing about how terrible both these parties are (even tho Republicans are the worst of all time). Enjoy yourselves :cool:
 
The ones calling the Dems "pussy" or "weak" either aren't paying attention or repeating GOP campaign rally slogans.

For example, not one single House Dem vote was offered for that AHCA shit sandwich. Even some Repubs were sating they're changing their vote from "No" to "Hell No" even before social media and phones from both sides of the aisle were blowing the fuck up yesterday. As they say, 'Peeps watching', more so than ever.

Dems did what they needed to do, OBSTRUCT and provided NO votes to supplement the deficit of House Republican votes. With or without the Koch Brothers offering of a campaign nest for 2018 mid terms, that shit wasn't getting through. It was already known there wasn't enough votes before it even got to the floor lol

All Bannon/Trump had was a failed bluff: Vote Or No more Repeal attempts

ok I see. But im not cheering for the democrats just yet. And will not until they can prove they can WIN. And actually make some real fucking changes. Im coming from the point of view. That there is no reason the republicans should have any power or reliventcy. Because if their obvious lack of concern for anybody but their pockets.

Had the Dems not been weak ass fuck and ran from Obama when he was passing the ACA it would have been a stronger peace of legislation. But the were scared of what rural whites were gonna say back home and that allowed the repugnants to cripple it.
