GOP Obamacare repeal bill betrays key Trump campaign promise

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump stumped hard on promises not to touch Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. There are about 59 million Social Security beneficiaries in the US now, and Medicare provides health coverage to 56 million, and Medicaid 71 million, including 14 million covered under the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion.

“President Trump couldn’t have been more clear on the campaign trail that he would not cut Medicare and Medicaid,” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) told Yahoo Finance. “Now he’s giving a big hug to Paul Ryan’s plan to slash $880 billion from the Medicaid program, which will hurt people with disabilities, working families, babies, and seniors in nursing homes.”


This hypocrisy was also the gist of Sen. Bernie Sanders’s (I-VT) giant poster of one of Trump’s tweets promising not to cut these social safety nets. “Either Donald Trump lied to the American people or he’s got to say that he will veto any cuts to Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security,” Sanders tweeted.
 
The problem is the information collected on TRUMP will be found to be in violation, and Obama is involved. There will be a big fallout involving both parties, it's pretty obvious things were done by both parties. If Trump is impeached, you better believe he will bring Obama with him. Trump's wiretap comments were not just for shits and giggles. You better believe Russian spies are sitting on a shitload of reports involving Obama's "wiretap" of Trump. Obama is the whistleblower. It's obvious.

Comey has some explaining to do meng. Trump's people being investigated since July... so it just leads me to believe Comey got a pee pee tape of his own and being extorted himself, got fam in the KGB poison crosshairs, or Comey gonna play this out like some strategic reversal G shit where he says - I risked Hillary's chances at being President for the national security of the country. I wasn't sure where the fact pattern would lead me to, but i knew that I had to continue the "lock her up" chants to unearth more players. We landed on an ant hill at Trump towers, but they all came surface with time...

Most of my coworkers were anybody but Hillary. A major disaster would be a convenient distraction for Trump.
 
just remember.... articles of impeachment start in the House of Reps.... and they're heavily republican right now, so it's hard to see them starting the process with their current makeup... unless Donald turns pro choice again, or becomes a fan of environmental regulations.

This Nunes briefing today indicates collusion. But now the money trail is coming to light.

Manafort is on the books for 10M a year directly from Putin clearly stating the purpose was to influence U.S. politics in Putin/Russia's favor. As soon as his first payment hits, he buys a condo in Trump Tower and starts rolling out the plan. He lied about this relationship and tried to hide the money.

Flynn was taking payments from a foreign adversary, lied under oath, and was taking national security briefings and hadn't disclosed that relationship. There is a litany of crimes there. He's going to jail.

Sessions lied under oath about his contacts with Russia.

Nunes has his entire net worth tied up in a company that's dependent on selling goods in Russia. He's on the executive branch oversight committee but he's sharing investigation reports with the WH. That's borderline illegal and makes his complicit in the collusion.

When Comey presents the case and people have to speak under oath with the charges of TREASON, this will all fall apart quickly. There is no really bond between this crew beyond short-term money/power grab. Guys like Flynn are going to rat out anyone to avoid/decrease the time and "treason" charges.

They're not going to make it until 2018. and Comey is going to come out of this as the most famous/infamous FBI director of all time.

When Comey comes out and says he has evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia, they won't have a choice.

Yea.. just stating that would be a poor example to illustrate bgol underestimating anything. The general consensus nationally and globally was Trump would get his ass handed to him. Intel even suggests that Putin and company considered the plot more than a longshot leading up to the election.
