another way is eating a lot of grapefruit per sitting quick weight loss in a week, eat grapefruit for two meals. besides it being a low calorie food, your body can't digest it and it cleans out your system like a scouring pad.

rule of thumb is eat it until you see it.

I had high cholesterol at one time and was put on cholesterol lowering medicine. I never took the medicine but instead took grapefruit pectin powder made from the rind of the grapefruit. And it actually washed all the cholesterol away. When I went back to be tested again it was gone. And that was years ago. I just have not piled on any more cholesterol.

I gotta employ some of these tips. Blood pressure insane. Starting to bloat In the middle too.

You got to be natural. Exercise is the best medicine. I found out that pills like aspire can fuck up your liver. I believe pills and any anything artificial isn't meant for the body. Exercise and eat nutritious and all natural foods. Plus, eat smaller food portions to lose weight.

Thank you for posting this. I have to admit I've never been big on squats and I'm very curious to see the results of this. From a physiological standpoint it definitely makes a lot of sense.

I've never really done squats like that and will try it out for the next two weeks and report back.

Try cycling like on a bike outside...great exercise!

This video could've been a quarter of the length that it was. I honestly think the basics of it make sense. HIIT squats and lunges will RAMP up metabolism and trigger muscle strength like crazy and then if you combine the fast squats/lunges with very slow squats and lunges, that will ignite your legs like crazy. It's a great way to supplement what you are already doing and at the least you will be walking/jogging/running better.

Changing my diet up now. I try to eat the heavy stuff as my lunch or very early dinner. Breakfast, I'm switching over to lots of liquids, fruits, yogurt and such. My problem is I haven't been moving enough.

i researched grapefruit pectin powder, and will probably start taking it. It appears to be a great natural source of fiber, and good for lowering cholesterol.

I watched the video. Basically he recommends that we do one set of bodyweight squats a day (at least), and make sure that set is for at least 100 straight reps. Actually that's not a bad idea. I might start giving that a try. It doesn't take that much time either.

I heard that it's good stuff, were you taking it in the pill form or just powder?
