Not a whole bunch of "natural hair" black women in Palm Beach county...Y'all dudes must live in NYC or Chicago ..
This is the truth. I went natural about 2-3 years ago, but I have never had thick hair, my hair has always been fine, after my bout with cancer, even finer and thinner, so I'm very limited to what I can do.Black women has it tough and rough.
Go natural:
niggaz and bitches talking shit about you,
calling your hair nappy.
Go the weave route:
niggaz and bitches talking shit about you,
calling your hair fake.

If I twist it, it doesn't last, it's long but not manageable to look like "the natural sister" so when I hear brothers knock us for a hairstyle I want to scream. It's like damn there's no pleasing them.

Hey!
You are beautiful to me.
You are the epitome of strong, black beauty!
I saw/see that first hand.
My wife put me on to the struggles of "black hair".

Thanks! I just asked my daughter about the flexi rods last week and we're going to try it. It's so humid here that she doesn't think it will hold because my hair is so fine.Coco, never knew you had a bout with cancer! Praying that you are doing better now
Have you tried setting it on rods, flexi ones or otherwise, and the picking it out afterwards?
I'm sure it's beautiful as it is, girl. Don't let a man - or society - tell you what you can/can't do with your hair.
I love a natural woman. Something has to be wrong with you to sew another bitch's hair on your head....especially when the hair didn't even come from a black person.
I bet she is seeing the difference in the bank statements as well![]()
