There's a huge difference between someone lying about being raped and being found not guilty of rape.

That's what I'm saying. The case with Nate Parker and the one here are different. She was proven to be a liar so there's no doubt the two men are innocent.
In Nate Parker's case he was just found not guilty. It's fucked up and I get the huge racial undertones that still follow that case but there will always be that air of doubt over a not guilty verdict, especially with a black man.
That's why I said there should be anonymity unless the accused is found guilty.

The same way that you aren't supposed to take a woman's past behavior as proof that a rape didn't occur you shouldn't take a man's past relationships as proof that a rape did occur. What penalty do other women have if it's proven that they are lying? None. And it's long been communicated by a lot of 'activists' that if you regret the encounter in any way it's rape, so of course knowing that someone you once dated with is now accused is going to make you look at that relationship differently.
And it's already leading to a bunch of fuckery, especially on colleges where nowadays the minute you are accused you are considered guilty. Do there need to be better ways for rapes to be decided in court? Yes. But not by removing due process and the rights of one of the parties.
If women's groups like N.O.W. were truth-driven instead of agenda-driven, the points you made above would be instituted out of common sense.

Under the Supervised Diversionary Program, the Long Island resident will undergo a psychological evaluation at Southwest Community Mental Health Center. A report of that evaluation will then be sent to a judge who will determine following a hearing whether Yovino is eligible for the program. If she successfully completes the program the charges against her will be dismissed.

I know once u get finger printed and get your picture taken, u have a fed file for life. Even if youre innocent or got your shit together. I found that out after I got my stuff cleaned, but had to go thru a bunch of bs every time I got my gun card renewed. They clean it locally, but you have to jump through extra loops to make sure the paper work reaches the Feds.
But they should be able to get most, if not all that bs off their record. At least to the point where the average person/employer wont be able to find it.

I'm happy that you have been able to successfully move on from your past legal issues. And even you STILL have to deal with the fallout from that time in your life.

These dudes have been charged with RAPE. (Not a misdemeanor or a violation. They've been unjustly labelled as RAPISTS/SEX OFFENDERS ).

- Explain what happened.
- Explain that they were unjustly arrested.
- Prove they are NOT rapists.
