Sega has released Genesis/Sonic compilations since the Genesis days.. Sonic Compilation on the Genesis, Sonic Jam on the Saturn, Sega Smash Pack on the Dreamcast, Sonic Gems and Sonic Mega Collection on Game Cube, Sonic Mega Collection Plus on PS2/Xbox and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection on PS3/XboxOne , the various PC compilations and digital re-releases. I wonder if that has has taken some of the excitement away...
Classic Mario games haven't been all over the place like classic Sonic games have, although I'd love to have a mini Genesis with 30 or so games but that's AFTER seeing the classic NES.. I never gave any thought to the AtGames clones.. I looked it once in Walgreens and then watched Youtube reviews which have virtually panned it and that was it for me.. Went right back to Kega
the new sonic game you can preorder on amazon the collectors edition , i would buy this but the game inside is a digital code not physical , thats stupid to have collectors edition with all that crap inside but give you a digital code of the game

I sold every play station and xbox that i ever had. I stopped being a gamer once i stopped smoking weed.
But remembering how happy i was when my Moms got me my first Nintendo for Chirstmas, i might go ahead an grab that mini for the hell of it.

Was by the gamestop near downtown Cleveland... Mfkrs had like 5 of them.... Was with the fam so I didn't cop... The wife wants one pretty bad

Shove in a rasberry pi and go from there, don't even need a 3D printer
Just find an old USB Genesis controller and go from there.
The app is simple to use , you connect the nes classic to the pc via micro USB,install the app, upload the roms and the app will do the rest
I don't have a windows pc to test this out right now , but will have it done in a few days
