Exactly. I knew one guy that claimed he use to live in the gym, he took that shirt off and his breast hung lower than my 93 year old grandmother. I said nah dude.
Some of it is good genes. I am glad that I inherited my Pop's genes. Two weeks in the gym and I get swoll like I have been lifting for months. I made sure to include a gym in my plans when I built my crib too. I got to guard against all of this Louisiana cuisine, everything we eat can blow you up. Shit after looking at ole boy, I think I will go run a mile on GP, lol.
You're right about Louisiana cuisine. I tell people all the time I'm ok with my thickness but God knows I'm no fool not to watch what I eat. And both sides of my family has good genes and we're always cooking, and I seem to have gotten a bit more than the rest, it just fell in the right parts but the older I'm getting the more I know I have to be careful.
