I'm not excusing granny's poor behavior. I will say though, when you work in the SERVICE industry, especially food service you keep your mouth shut and make the food. Thats what you get paid to do. If ol boy didn't like granny's attitude or comments he should have taken his hurt feelings to the back until she left. If I was GM or store owner he would have been fired on the spot.
