I hear you. We also saw a full grown man walk, who was armed, APPROACH a teenager armed with a bag of skittles,who was just minding his business...after he was advised not too by a 911 operator.
Imagine how other Cacs will sympathize if they think a Full grown, NFL playing, super Negroe, may have possibly posed any inkling of a threat.

If it was that serious drive to safety. A a person who is that scared isn't shooting, standing over the body and shooting again.

Who are the local officials allowing such an injustice decision? Their names, email addresses, phone numbers need to be posted. We need to start identifying these district attorneys and whoever else is responsible for letting this killer walk free.

This happens all the time in road rage incidents, it's nothing new. Road Rage incidents happen everyday. People get killed from it, this is just the first case that's getting profiled though, but it's many of them that don't even make the big news.
RIP to the guy that was killed though.

So, stand your ground now means, if you dont have the 'hands' to defend yourself against an unarmed man, its ok to pull a gun and shoot him as long as you are white and he's black? Got it...

This shit is fucked up. I repeat, THIS SHIT IS FUCKED UP. Let's all acknowledge if this were a black motorist shooting a white motorist he would probably be facing a murder charge right now. This is the sad state of affairs we currently live in.
With all of that said, I personally have shown poor decision making during road rage incidents. I have viciously argued with other motorist and on more than one occasion have gotten out of my car ready, willing and able for a physical confrontation. I have have been prepared to fuck up the cat in the next car who was talking the most shit. When you get out your car this is an extremely volatile situation, anything can happen. Given that backdrop I can definitely see a scenario where a road rage participant can make an argument for self defense in shooting another party. The whole thing about standing over a "neutralized threat" and continuing to shoot clearly seems like crossing the line but I don't know the law well enough to speak on the intricacies of the legal definition of a "neutralized threat".
Ultimately my take away from this whole situation is, it just aint worth it. Fuck getting out your car unless you're blocked in and have absolutely no other choice. Know the gun laws of your state and keep your tooly on you if you're allowed. Many states let you keep a gun in your premises and in your vehicle even if you don't have a concealed carry permit. Know your rights and be smart about how you handle situations. My $.02.

RIP Joe. this isn't right. if we shoot a CAC in a heated discussion bet we wouldn't be treated the same even after all these instances of being shot dead by aggressive CAC's when unarmed. this could have been any one of us in same situation.
