Can't Federal Government make a recount happen if there is evidence that tampering occurred?
The election laws are FEDERAL LAWS, that's what the Voting Rights laws are most useful for - to ensure "States Rights"
initiatives don't cater to the anti-American ambitions of the few (scared/evil CACs).
And a recount DOES NOT mean Hilary gets the win automatically! It means Trump's win was achieved in a rigged system and we need to do it again with protections in place. Don't even have President Obama lead the charge. This is a job suited for Vice President Joe Biden. We already know a President can't serve more than 2 terms so it's not about keeping Obama in office. What we know now is Biden should have run. Hit reset and change the way America votes. NO MORE 2 party primary system, NO MORE November voting day, NO MORE Electoral College, PAPER BALLOT voting (you need a receipt for EVERYTHING else!).
