I have a few pair of Levi's, but I don't wear them. I hate how they vary. You can get straight legs in the same fuckin size and they'll be shorter or wider. There's way too much variation. They end up ok in the waist, but then they'll be short or vice versa. And I hate trying on clothes. I'll do it at home, but not in the stores.

When I first bought some 559 b/c of this board, I was thinking the same thing but after wearing them for a day they get loose and end of fitting how I want. With your height and weight I could see how it could be a problem though. Shit any dude with big ass legs, I can't see them fucking with 559s

Yeah, those jeans are probably great for average-size cats OR big guys who want to do the skinny jean thing. :smh:

I'm a little taller than you and about 260. I wear 569 Levis. I look like I just have on normal fucking pants. Not baggy. Not any of that skinny jean shit. Couldn't even do the 559s cause it would have had me like ..

raw

I don't see how cats do it. :smh:
Yeah nothing worse than feeling like your circulation is being cut off or the jeans being so close on the thighs that they start snagging on leg hairs leaving bald spots n shit. If I rock with 559s I usually gotta go up a waist size unless I find a pair of the stretchy material ones. That's what I like about the 541s. Relaxed cut through the thighs but stretch enough to fit looser.

Damn that's so true come to think of it. I still have mostly Levi's in my closet but there's definitely a level of inconsistency in their fits even when it's the same size, length & series. Some will fit perfectly while others will fall off if I don't wear a belt or try to choke my legs.

It's not even like I'm comparing a pair of 514's to 501's. I can have two pair of 514's in different colors or wash and I'm like wtf, they'll fit totally different. Is this a 32 length...because the length is more like a 30.

I assume it's because they're coming from different factories, but damn, they can't measure the fabric.

I never had that problem with any other brand.

I know what you mean & that's what I was talking bout too. When they fit, they are beyond proper but can be very frustrating as well.

Yeah the 559 fit right for me if I go a waist size up, the 569 fit perfect, im 6'2 260 so I can rock with them tight leg ass jeans, them squats and deadlifts aint having that shit:lol:

Got a mixture, but mostly red & silver tab Levi's. If you know how to wash your clothes, Levi's can last a loooooong time. Quality jeans.

Most stores try to charge $50+ for some of em, but i got a nice connect whereas I get em for under $30.

fubu skinny jeans.

Boy, this ninja......
lol

i think you typed about those in a story you posted on BGOL

Some of these comments got me thinking about Girbaud 's and combat boots with bandaids and shit. I miss the 90s.

Lucky jeans. The price isn't to high. Very minimalist, but get the job done. Plus you can always catch a sale.

Do those Gstar Jeans take maintenance? I've heard that you dont want to wash Raw denim. How do you care for it?

You don't really wash any denim. If you jeans are starting to smell like balls, you probably should shower more, but some say you can roll them up and stick 'em in the freezer the kill off the odor causing bacteria. Some cats dry clean but these days if I MUST wash em, it's inside out in cold water and hang dry.

But really, this is why you've got to buy denim like hoes buy panties, if you have enough denim in rotation you aren't tripping off tossing a pair out when it comes time to wash them. Like it or not, once you wash them, they aren't coming out the same jeans you fell in love with.... unless they're just your run around jeans, then you probably won't care watching the dye running off into the sink from your washer during the wash cycle (My run off hose is attached to sink to the left of it)

hit up a store when you have some time to try dem sh!ts on

you'll eventually find something that works for you
