If she was an intruder anything that happens is on her.
After hearing his account out of his own mouth fuck him he slaughtered that woman.
If she were charging or even fleeing I could see but he admitted she was begging for her life and therefore had to be prone and not a threat.
But at the same time you break into the home of an 80 year old and assault him you deserve whatever you get.
I guess what I'm saying is fuck all parties involved.

Looked this case up. More to the story. Happened July 22, 2014. Prosecutors waited until Dec 5, 2014 to say they weren't charging him. They beat his ass, THEN returned to try to crack his safe. Once they got the money, they beat him again. Surprise, he had a gun the second time. lol Old man couldn't flee because the robber's mother was outside(bitch had a kid with her) and his gate was padlocked. Seems like the media wanted to get sympathy for some fucking criminals.

I was taking my kid to school this morning and went down old York road. I completely forgot about the hookers. Two almost-naked women were out there selling their stuff as the sun was out. Call me old fashion, but what people do when I'm asleep is their business. However, when I'm up, please go get the fuck out of my way. I don't want my children to see that.

Near Hunting Park where the Blvd starts right? I had a friend that lived on a street near there and I got turned around and started driving down Old York Road trying to get my bearings, and some hoes are standing on the street in little dresses. That's a residential neighborhood, how have these neighbors not run them out of there?

My uncle who was a cop told me if something like that happens and you shoot their ass outside of your crib. Drag they ass back inside. Because like the legal analyst said, the law says you're not in any eminent danger if they're running from your house. And we know if that was a 80 year old brother, they would've already arrested him for the shooting.
