Those guys you mentioned are all former MVP's and were considered atleast the best qb's in the leagueat one point during the career.

Eli has thrown for a bunch of yards but his INTs are sky fucking high and never once has anyone talked about Eli as an elite QB. At least Rivers has been talked about as top 10. Eli might get in, but it's cause of the rings, the fact that he's a Manning, and compiled a bunch of stats. Not because he's an elite QB. When you look at him play...
