{~~~Guns, Guns and Mo' Guns - The Right To Keep And Bear Arms~~~}

Too rich for my blood

Don't go cheap on the firearms. When needed reliability and accuracy counts.

Those 2 things just might save your life.

Get a La Rue if you looking for a AR-10 at about $3.3K. Its DI and the SCAR is a piston I think. The SCAR you can't go wrong.

I would go any cheaper that HEADDOWN FIREARM around $2K. Good quality gun.

They out of Dallas, Georgia.

Retail when I bought mine was 2700. After my MIL/LE discount, I walked out at 2350...hard to find a used one for that at the moment.

Yeah the last one I bought was used, never fired tho, and it was $2746. Don't regret the purchase tho, I have one setup for long range and I chopped this one for PDW just for shits and giggles. I own the Bren which is a copy of the Scar but to be honest it's just something about the fit and feel of the gun I absolutely love. It is my favorite gun and I own many. Even with its clunky ass reciprocating charging handle it's still my go to as I haven't had any malfunctions with it during any of my drills or just target shooting. As corny ass Yeager would say you point the thing, then pull the thing, and it goes bang...simple enough.

New stuff for me

Looks good. Have you shot it yet? Range report, please?

Put 100 rounds through it today. Trigger reset is great, recoil flip is manageable for a 3.6" barrel and my groups were good. I'll be shooting it more this week to get it dialed in but out of the box it shoots low...basically shooting at the top of the target circle puts you in the center. I've already ordered a Henning rear sight and it should be perfect for me. Can't beat the pricing on this vs. the Arsenal Strike 1 which is what I was about to get before I saw this deal. I've shot the Strike 1 and its nice and it is full sized but I think once I upgrade the rear sight, this Witness is a great carry gun.

This is my next gun purchase.

Let me know how you like it
Just got done firing a few mags thru her. Nice gun, but my Walther PPQ45 has a smoother trigger. Not too much recoil and the sights are excellent. Nice grouping at 7 and 15 yards, but it will take a few more range trips to get a true feel for it. Nice lightweight carry gun!

Went out to a new shop to support a brother and former Marine that just opened his store in Georgia. Copped the Xds 45 single stack that I have been eyeing for a long time.

:D I feel you... fuck a diet :lol:

Glock 30 is subcompact .45, 10+1, and kills souls along with the body.... so I ain't tryna go under that unless I get a 7 or 8 shot wheel gun

Can't always carry a bigger gun, like when at work or at some outings. I can fit a slim single in my laptop case outer pocket or conceal carry easier with lighter clothes. I will still be carrying 12 rounds of .45 in gym shorts comfortably.

9mm Smith & Wesson M76 submachine gun.
