Any of yall got BLACKBERRY phones i fucked up with the anti theft shit

I tried to factory reset it and didn't take off the anti theft protection and when i set it up last year i forgot the original password, now i can set it back up because of the theft system i tried diffrent programs to wipe it to no avail

I used the same email and changed the device name not knowing the ant theft was on before i factory reset it. but it was not taking the original device name and email and password before i changed everything also, thats why i changed it in the first place

Well if you used he same email, you can try going to protect.blackberry.com and signing in. The user id/name is your email. You should be able to reset your password for the site as long as you have your email. Once you are logged in, it gives you your device ID. I think the device ID is what you have to keep the same. If that doesn't work, contact blackberry.

I have a blackberry passport. I use the actual BBOS but their last two phones were android phones. I'm hoping they do another actual BlackBerry.
