I'm afraid that's a poor excuse not to exercise. You can go to a gym with a track to get your jog on. It can be expensive to see a trainer but there are always work arounds. Plus, men are always trying to help females in the gym.

I know when I try to talk to sistas and convince them to go to the gym, they seem worried about their hair more than anything else. I've never been big on hair but most sistas are.
