Don't even own ONE BluRay. Might grab this if it's cheap, just because, but I already have the previous BR rip on my hard drive. Plus it's on KODI.

i remember, that shit is a classic. Optimus was that dude but i wasn't that mad when hot rod took the crown
I saw it in the theater. I've probably watched it 200 times. What was funny to me was Kup's attitude when Hot Rod became prime. "I knew you had potential lad." I know Rodimus was like "Oh really? Didn't you call me a turbo-rabbin young punk? Didn't you say you were going to straighten me out? You think I forgot about that motherfucker?"

Get the steelbook now that the price is down , if you going to have this on blue ray steelbook is the only way to go
Metal case ? Transformers ?

Rodimus :smh: He really did not want that matrix....
No he really didn't. I remember that episode in season 3 "The Burden Hardest to Bear" where the matrix was taken from him and he reverted back to Hot Rod, he was happy as shit!

I didn't like Rodimus back then, hell he got Optimus killed as Hot Rod so that was already a strike against him. But as I got older and watched some of season 3 again I see he was always second guessing himself and comparing himself to Optimus instead of being his own leader and doing his own thing. He held himself back.

He was more than willing to let Prime keep the Matrix again after "The Return of Optimus Prime" though!

Is this the same as the one that came out in 2007?

I remember back in the 1980s Transformers G1 was the best. The commercials were the shit. But after Tranformers the movie which I never understood why I didn't make a lot but it declined during season three. Like one station was playing the action figure commercials. I never understood why. But I'll say this with the new transformer, Galvatron, Scourge, Ultra Magnus, etc, I wasn't feeling them over the old ones. They were good but Prime, Jazz, Megatron, etc were better.

They cut out scenes like when Ramjet tried to attack Optimus.

i was mad at this movie for a long time during my childhood. i bought it in my 20s sold it. then bought it again...its a classic and better than all other transformers movies. that blu ray steelbook is tempting if i didnt already have the dvd, the complete collection with this included and a digital copy somewhere. just so many classic scenes in that movie
