It appears to me (im no expert) that she is some sort of foreign national. In order to not participate in the constitution she has to denounce her citizenship. If you go that route you have to be able to state the clauses and basically let the cops kno you kno more than them about the subject. She knew enough to piss them off more.

Baltimore County Police officers shot and killed Korryn Gaines, 23, after she barricaded herself inside her Randallstown apartment with her 5-year-old son and pointed a shotgun at officers attempting to serve an arrest warrant.
Police Chief Jim Johnson said Tuesday that the department made the emergency request to have Gaines’ social media accounts suspended after she posted videos online showing the standoff. People who saw the postings, Johnson said, responded by encouraging her to not to comply with police.
Videos posted on Facebook and Instagram appeared to show Gaines, who was black, talking with police in the doorway to her apartment and to her son during the standoff. In one, she asks her son what the police are trying to do.
“They trying to kill us,” the boy says.
“Do you want to go out there?”
“No,” he says.
The standoff Monday began after three officers went to Gaines’ apartment to serve arrest warrants on her and her boyfriend, Kareem K. Courtney, 39, according to police. He left the apartment with a 1-year-old boy before the standoff and was arrested.
Gaines’ bench warrant stemmed from charges during a March 10 stop, including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Authorities said she was armed with a 12-gauge pistol grip shotgun that was legally purchased last year and toward the end of the negotiations pointed it directly at an officer and said, “If you don’t leave, I’m going to kill you.”
An officer shot at her and Gaines fired two shots, but missed the officers, who returned fire and killed her, police said.
Gaines also posted videos from the March traffic stop on her Instagram account. Police said she was pulled over because instead of a license plate, she had a cardboard tag that said: “Any government official who compromises this pursuit of happiness and right to travel will be held criminally responsible and fined, as this is a natural right and freedom.”
During the stop, she said officers were trying to “steal her car,” that she wasn’t complying with officers’ “criminal” way. She said they would have to “murder” her to get her out of her car, according to court documents.
Officers said she had to be pulled from the car and repeatedly yelled “record this” as a crowd of people gathered while police were arresting her.
Facebook has restored Gaines’ social media pages, but a pair of videos that violated Facebook’s standards have been blocked from public view.
According to the tech company’s policies, requests from law enforcement to suspend accounts may be granted in cases where there is a substantial risk of harm. The police chief said county police based their de-activation request on the fact that there was a barricade involving someone with a gun, and that a child was present.
According to a Facebook Government Request Report, the company received roughly 855 requests for emergency disclosures of information to government agencies due to the threat of harm or violence between July and December 2015. About 73 percent of those requests were granted.
The boy is in good condition at a hospital. Police are not sure whether he was hit by gunfire or shrapnel.
Gaines’ boyfriend is charged with second-degree assault, which stems from a fight with Gaines, police said. He has been released on his own recognizance.
The department did not release the names or races of the officers involved, who were placed on administrative leave. Their first initials and last names will be released 48 hours after the shooting, in accordance with the department’s contract with the Fraternal Order of Police.
The department is bringing body cameras online but none of the officers had one.
Court documents show that Gaines filed a lawsuit against a former landlord, alleging that she was lead poisoned. The suit said Gaines was “exposed to a sea of lead” as a child, which contributed to “neurodevelopmental disabilities or injuries.”
A medical expert who evaluated Gaines wrote that she “had a history of problems with anger and impulsive behavior,” and visited her school counselor on several occasions. The suit identifies Gaines’ father as Ryan Gaines, a police dispatcher.
Baltimore City Schools spokeswoman Edie House-Foster confirmed Tuesday that Gaines was a 2010 graduate of one of the city’s best magnet high schools, Baltimore City College.
Gaines’ uncle Jerome Barnett told The Baltimore Sun that Gaines “was feisty, but she was smart and she was respectful.”

Plus when she was in the car she unstrapped the baby from the back using her as a shield just in case the cops tased her or try to drag her out... At that point it was no fight, it was her hiding behind her children .....Just imagine the outcry if a black male were to try some shit like that...

I discovered late last year one of my closest friends starting getting into Sovereignty really hard. We barely talk these days due to a number of reasons, one being (he hasn't said this, but I believe) he is intentionally distancing himself from others not "in the know." he got pulled over and ticketed twice that i know of. ....interestingly enough after going to court and fighting the first incident, that city gave him a small check....not sure what he said, but it seems as though his knowledge of how that works was greater than hers....maybe if she had a better mentor on the inside she wouldn't have been so quick to be ready to die......
he hasn't had his 2nd court date yet, but he is confident he will win that one as well...
sn: after the 2nd ticket incident he put the ohio tags back on to reduce his presence on the police radar, i know he's been pulled over for the tags more than the 2 times, but he's only been cited twice. and as far as I know he turned in his Ohio Driv license a while back along with his SS card and BC....
the buddy I mentioned earlier took the tags off his car for a while and had it replaced with some "cardboard" Sovereign tag. I use " " because cardboard is just fine for 30 day temp tags that mfkrs can get renewed for up to 6 months, but in the article it seems criminal to use a tag made out of cardboard...all states use cardboard or even stock damn paper if you're getting vanity plates, but the focus should be on it didn't say what they wanted it to say.

that right there....if she was barricaded in and such a threat, why was buddy in full swat gear just chilling in the doorway for so long and at times caught standing there not looking in her direction and with no weapon drawn?!!...when does SWAT just come in and decide there's no need for negotiations or make an effort to DE-escalate a situation. WE HAVE SEEN ON FILM 3 direct instances where cops escalated a situation to then deem the situation life threatening in order to use deadly force. In the caae of Eric Garner, he was talking calmly to the cops, shit went left when the cop decided to jump on his back and apply the chokehold. Alton Sterling, again he appeared to be talking calmly until he was tackled by one cop and then restrained by the other.....and finally Tamir Rice....the police drive up less than 3 feet from him, claim their lives were in danger and they had no choice but to shoot.....all 3 incidents are clear violations of police SOP...and out of all three incidents not one officer faced any type of prosecution or damage to their personnel file.

I honestly don't believe that police officers should be mentally unstable individuals.
They should provide support for whomever is trained for dealing with people that have disabilities but they should be the first line of people called.
I agree that she wasn't all the way there however I don't agree that the professionals made it worse.
I can't say they made it worse until the videos of the officers are released if they ever are.
The one thing I can say for certain is that in the traffic stop that she posted, she was the one that made the situation worse after the cops acted EXTREMELY professional.
She even comes off as an attention whore in the traffic stop video.
From what I saw in the traffic stop video wanted to die at the hands of cops for whatever reason and us capping for her is a step backwards.
Anybody that intentionally puts their children in harms way gets no benefit of the doubt from me.
