Nintendo Classic Mini - NES Coming on November 11th (30 NES games)$60

Still got my NES and all the games packed away. They fucked up by putting games on it. Should have allowed you to hook it up to you laptop and download whatever games you wanted to it. 30 downloads for free and each additional download 1 dollar.

Also, where is Double Dribble or one of those NBA games?

When the wii came out most people still had crt tv's
And the wii had no HDMI
I have a softmodded Wii and have played Duck Hunt using the Wii remote as the "lightgun" to aim and shoot on my Flat screen.

This system has the same connection for Wii controllers. The tech is there, unsure why they didn't include Duck Hunt.

If you don't care about playing retro games then I'm sure it will , but I play more emulators on my Apple TV & computer than I do the ps4 , PS3

That's the thing, I have a retro arcade that plays all that shit through Emulation. some of the old nes games are still fun, but they look horrible on newer tv's. The last console I hacked and put roms on was the old black first xbox and the ps2. I guess If you want to get shit as a collector of for nostalgia It's cool.

why would you buy that though when you can install every single nintendo game (and most other system games for that matter) and play off a computer

fuck mr. dream.... mike tyson in this bitch

Great idea, poor execution. A majority of these games, I don't even want to play. No internet connection to download games? PASS!!!!

Remember your Wii has a sensor bar that tracks your position in space and where you're shooting. The controller isn't interacting with the actual screen at all. A sensor just to play that one game would likely double the price of the whole console.

Lots of great games missing.

Why spend cash on that ???

I still have two NES as well as the Atari 2600 with a load of game cartridges for both, they don't get touched much since I discovered MAME years ago.

Absolutely correct. Duh, I forgot about the damned sensor bar.

It's cool for young kids but $60 is steep....shit walgreens sells retro Sega genisis with all the games for $30... smh.

But this is Nintendo hardware made by Nintendo not a third party like those sega consoles at Walgreens
I'm surprise it wasn't $100

And $60 steep ?
That's what all new video games cost

why even have the latch door...can it take cartridges??????

and no wireless controller...like someone mentioned...you're better off getting a wii and playing roms on that shit...I can play roms on the nvidia shield too or a PC of course but I'm not incorporating a PC into my entertainment center...hard to get excited about this esp. @ $60
