I feel like if he has his head on straight he will be a great pickup. I respect him because shit wasn't going right in his life and in his head and instead just being in denial he sought out and got diagnosed for help.

Spo wants to run an uptempo style he has been trying to do it for the last few seasons. Problem is that we had Wade and Bosh who forced us into having the worst pace in the NBA. After the Allstar break Wade was injured and Bosh was out with Bloodclots. Without Bosh and Wade we switched to the up tempo offense and we were one of the best scoring teams in the league.
Honestly, I think Spo wants to finally coach his style of basketball which he never has because of the big 3
