Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

Running off the battle field is not exactly bold tho lol. It didn't really matter when he tried to shoot at Jon at that point. Jon was more than ready once they gate was smashed in.

Whether planned or not, Ramsey wanted NO FUCKING parts of Jon in a one-on-one, hence the desperate point blank arrow shots rather than showing Jon how "vicious" he is with his daggers . In war, lots of events unfold unexpectedly to test the resolve of a commander/lord/soldier.

right he's shooting arrows at a dude 10 feet in front of him but im supposed to think he was confident in his dagger skills against jon lol

at this point jon is a mythical type being. and that's just the truth about it.

people rolling with him now have seen him go beyond the wall and survive. seen him fight a main white walker and kill it. seen him fight in the other battle at the wall where he was killing that shit and saved his brothers. seen him get stabbed the death after being betrayed and seen him brought back to life.

who wants to fight a dude like that.

shit even this battle makes his legend grow. by the time it hits king's landing jon will have ran up to the front lines by himself to fight ramsay and his men were scared but rallied when he knocked out the entire front line of mounted men by himself
little finger and his army came to clean up the scraps and jon let them have it as he pushed on to get ramsay. along with a giant he broke down the gates and then when ramsay started shooting arrows at him he caught each one and then beat him to death. afterwards he carried him to the hounds that hadn't fed in 7 days and they all ate ramsay together jon, the hounds and ghost enjoying a meal.

That's her problem, instead of yelling and screaming at Jon about rushing into battle, she should of told him what was up,so he would of came up with a better plan.

She claims she wants the family to be together and all this other stuff, yet didn't tell Jon she was getting help from the Vale.

I will guaranteed you,if Jon would of known she was going to getting help from the Vale,he would of waited for the Vale to show up

While,I agree Ramsey would of killed Rickon regardless,I think they could of came up with a plan to rescue him.

It's going to be interesting next week, because the Lannisters and Frey are together and I wonder,if someone will tell them about the Boltons losing Winterfell to the Starks

well no. rickon was dead. there was no plan to rescue him. the only one who could have is arya and it would've had to have been the same night they were arguing over the battle plan cause he was dying 1st thing in the morning no matter what.

now everything else i kinda agree with but she's still not all the way there yet. she went from having no sense to some sense let her take that next step and get full sense.

Exactly will probably be similar size to drogon by the next season. Lol....they were being hand fed in the dungeon so they are definitely ready for a real hunt

drogon is the ultimate can't nobody hold me down oh no i got to keep on moving pet.

i like how he's just basically chilling. im a killer don't push me. everyone else shits their pants and she just hops on. she gives the command and that's it. all yall burnt up.

not really jon was just being stubborn as he's prone to be. we can call it bravery but its stubborn as well.
they don't have enough men. don't know the opponent at all but he's like fuck it lets try.
she's saying wait and she messed up not saying the reason why they should wait but she did say he is playing a game and that he's going to kill rickon.

That's all nice to say while watching it on computer or TV. But what would you do if you were in that situation with your brother captive? Also knowing that the white walkers are making a move with probably the biggest army in Westeros? Not knowing that Sansa possibly has her own army coming to help, and trying to act quick enough to avoid Ramsey from getting any back up? Your logic sounds good in hindsight with all these pauses on story lines, but in real time, that's a tough decision.

Not really.
It's all about what you want. if you want to actually win then you make sure you're going to win.
You cover everything. You don't show up 1 day then that night be like shit what are we gonna do for tomorrow in the biggest battle of our lives.
None of this excuses sansa for not telling him help was on the way. However sansa knows ramsay and she told nothing but the truth did she not?

Yeah man Ramsey bitched up which was surprising.

The one thing I used to give him credit for was that he wasn't a punk and was willing to go to war with anyone, and in a lot of those scenes when he was doing dirt he would always be right in the middle of it.

But when it came to Jon duke had no heart:smh:

I think Ramsey was shook from hearing stories of Jon in battles and then seeing him slice motherfuckers left and right in the fray of the battlefield. Let me clarify, Ramsey was a chump in terms of facing Jon in a one on one but maybe not overall.

I agree but to me he is a chump overall after being too shook to face Jon.

You can't do all that dirt for all this time, send letters talking some "come see me" shit and then bitch up when duke is in your face.

Ramsey lost that battle the moment Jon called his bluff and asked him for a fair one and he fell back (though it was obviously the right decision.)

In hindsight Ramsey was tough and willing but only with a crew or army behind him.

I will say this though,I'm glad Sansa got her revenge and Ramsey got a taste of his own medicine.

Cause Jon is a legendary fighter up to this point, even moreso than his father. Ramsey is no where in the conversation.

Sansa HAS to run the pussy now!

1) its the only right and honorable thing to do (she promised a real reward)
2) to be considered a real player, she gotta play Baelish now
3) i wanna see that shit

Mr. Lengthy

Here is the problem... Balesh is LITERALLY A PIMP!!!

How sansa gon run pussy on him?!?

Even tho he never got over her mom's he still a fucking stomp down pimp in the end. Master of a game she and her family to this day still dont understand.

Ramsey was a psychopath but IMO far from a pussy.

Son got busy with the daggers and put in work in those trenches.

I think he killed the Giant because he felt he could take Jon down next. If he had killed Jon then the Giant and everyone else would have mangled his ass.

Engaging Jon on a 1-1 was his last gambit.

If you think about it Ramsey could have actually shot Jon with his arrow (that went into the giant's eye). But that boy was so arrogant and crazy. He was out numbered, surrounded and he still had the nerve to challenge Jon to a "fight."

Sansa was so jaded and hardcore that she did not even blink after "she let the dogs out."

He wasnt tryin to hit Jon for real. He knew it was over. He was just fuckin with him by shootin the arrows.

Thats why he made the Joke "Ill take the one on one now"

And once again he didnt even fight back.

Was Ramsey not trying to hit Jon when he was walking toward him with those 3 shots?

If not then why did Jon rush to pick up the shield?

Not sure if he can...but
If John is smart, he'll make his two top lieutenants Tormond and Davos the new lords of wherever the Karstarks and Umbers reside.
:yes::yes::yes::yes:

you know what seeing her w/ LF still leaves me uneasy...they may have won the battle no telling if they win the war but sansa has smartened up tho...maybe she might have a plan for outmanuevering LF even tho that's expecting a lot

I laughed with joy and shadow-boxed alongside Jon with every crushing blow he delivered to Ramsay's face :)

Bolton (flayed men) House is no more

I started clapping when that Bolton banner fell and the Stark banner was hung back up.
I can't wait until the opening of next week's episode. We haven't seen the wolf fly over Winterfell in the opening since season 2 when the Ironborn or Ramsay (I forget who actually sacked Winterfell) torched the castle.

Sooooooo nobody is upset at the last living giant is now dead?
RIP wun wun
Fuck that. I'm fucked up that Wun Wun is dead. He was probably the last of the giants. He at least went out like a fucking G.

Is Littlefinger like Warwick of the Wars of the Roses?

I think Little Finger and Varys (Tyrion to some degree as well) understand the "Game" better than anyone else. They know that there's no way in Hell that they'll ever be king. But, they can damn sure help to make one. They are playing their asses off. To have the King's/Queen's ear is huge, especially if the King/Queen is strong and powerful.

Bullshit.

Him shooting those arrows was the same as someone throwing haymakers when they are fighting someone they know they can't beat.......you know you can't win but you pray a lucky one lands.

He can shoot Recon a football field length away. The giant between the eyes.

If he wanted to hit Jon he would have been hit.

Yeah Varys and Littlefinger are miles ahead if everyone else.

I think Tyrion would be up there with them had he not had that blind (unrequited) love/loyalty to his family.

I think he always believed he could change his father and Cercei's view of him and get them to accept him.

Hodor and him dying messed me up

A couple of thoughts for the finale next week
  • I'm glad that Little Finger came through in the end but now we have to worry about the cost of his help and Jon dealing with the fact that Sansa did it behind his back. Jon don't know shit about LF and now his indebted to him. I hope that doesn't put a strain on Jon and Sansa's relationship.
  • I said it once but it bears repeating .... Davos is about to go ape shit on the red woman!
  • Rickon dying was the kindest thing that could have happened to him. It was damn near a mercy killing. Jon is a PROVEN warrior and leader. Rickon might have had the name but we know who the real lord of Winterfell is now. Ramsay putting him down was just the kind thing to do.
  • Anytime Dany and Yara went to start making out is fine by me :sleazy:
  • They didn't show any clips of Bran in the preview for episode 10. I'm hoping that's because the last scene will be something epic involving him. Something so big that they couldn't even show a preview for it without potentially spoiling it.

Nah, Rickon was a defenseless child with his back turned and the giant was an injured, dying, huge target.

Jon is a superior skilled fighter and much smarter. No way he would have just given in at that moment imo.
