Nope. This isn't about PROVING anything.

This would be one of the greatest comebacks in NBA history man. It definitely changes things for him if he wins it. People have already accepted that if they lose, it's not a knock on him anyway. Shit, people are saying he's the MVP win or lose.

You're crazy if you don't think Lebron winning this game is meaningful for his legacy. This would got down as one of the biggest victory in NBA history, easily.

This isn't about validation.

We can agree to disagree. LeBron even with a win will still be seen as an underachiever and unproven. He's only as good as his last Finals til he retires.

They've been about a wash, but Kyrie has done a lot of his scoring with Curry on him. He's winning the 1 on 1 matchup...and considering Curry is the league's MVP, that's a win for the Cavs if they just cancel each other out.

You said something earlier that might be key. Everything changes for the Cavs if Tristan has to sit for significant minutes.

I agree on the one on one

I look at it this way Bron good to win you 2 games check

Kyrie good for 1 game check

That's 3 games total right? Now those 3 games lost what was the issue? ISO ball/hero ball Kyrie

Can that one on one be sustained? I see it like this if the cavs are up and GS come back and take the lead you will see the panick set in and Kyrie will go ISO and hero ball instead of the cavs running plays to get the best shot..

That plays right in GS hands all day and what does GS do when it's a close game? They create chaos on switches and play runs to get off clean looks.. It's been there for them all series and with a team like that you can't count of them continuing to miss those

Man... stop. Only the loud minority that just dislike him yap that kind of shit.

Beating the mighty Warriors and in this way.... this would be epic...especially considering that Love has given them NOTHING.

Man hatin ass cacs and coons still gonna try to hold him to that not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 not 5 shit :smh:

Watching the game with my father whom is a cleveland native and fan. Got my pregnant wife along who is damn near at her due date. For some odd reason i don't think she'll make it through the game . May the team that wants it more tonight win.

Man. You're living on the edge

man.. hating ass CACs are always gonna be hating ass CACs but they don't even count. This today is even bigger than basketball. Winning this is an all-time great sports upset. You'll even have hatin ass CACs like Skip Bayless wearing Lebron jerseys.

You're naive. If he wins, Golden State will become "overrated" and "soft" and he'll ONLY have 3 rings. LeBron is whipping boy status til he hangs up the Nikes. This title wouldnt be anymore special than the 2 he already fought hard for.

Naw man. That's not even possible. They're the defending champs coming off a 73 win season with the league's unanimous MVP. You can't change the narrative on this one.

Plus.. he'll either be #1 or #2 in all major statistical categories while doing it. Nope...aint nothing people can say.

Just watch.

Well here it is the closest we are going to come to a Superbowl in the NBA, so far this serise has been everything as expected but not the way folks expected...
Here is my case for each team winning...

Yes the Warriors will win..

Well first they have home court and are one of the best home court teams in the history of the NBA..
Next they have that silent assasin that can kill you, no not Curry everyone knows about him, but rather Thompson, games like this are tailor made for him..
Don't forget whatshisname that other light skin dude, Mt. Curry is due to explode so folks beware..
Slack jaw is also due for a big game so the Cavs must not forget how good he is..
Is Irving up to the big challenge, already Kyrie is talking about how big game 7 is and the ball hasn't dropped yet, is that s sign of nerves?

Yes the Cavs will win...

I will say this I am not suprised that they made it to game 7 but to see them be able to get into the heads of the Warriors is the last thing I ever expected to see... It all started after LeBron baited Green following it up with two monster games... Casing G.S. to doubt themselves and for the first time they will be playing with real pressure.. Even against OKC they never had that much pressure, due to them being in a similar position that the Cavs are in where they simply played as if they had nothing to lose and as time went along more and more pressure fell on OKC for potentially choking..

In their hearts the Cavs feel they are the better team and the mystic of the Warrior no longer affects their thinking, you can actually see it during the last 4 games how the Cavs appear to be the alpha dog in charge..

They have a clear blue print on how to beat the Warriors, while G.S. is still questioning their plan of attack especially on how to defend LeBron..

Come on, give me anything Love, at this point 15pts and 12 rebounds may be a huge problem for the Warriors especially if Green and Barns continue with lack luster numbers..

Last but not least LeBron is lock cocked and ready to blastoff... Just when you thought you seen his best he always seems to have another gear, the Cavs may need him on god mode, especially if Love continues to flounder and Irving is outplayed by Curry...

At the end of the day

I think the game may come down to either Thompson or JR Smith, yes JR... My thinking is if JR has a good game especially on defense this may be the difference between these two evenly matched teams, and if Thompson has a good game then things should open up for them all especially Curry and Green....
For the record I rate this game as close to a toss up as possible even though a blow out is a real possibility.. It reminds me of the Old Magic vs Bird Lakers/Celtic battle but if I had to choose a winner I will stick to my original pick at the beginning of the year Cleveland, not so much that they are better but because of the LeBron factor... But either way it should be a great game.. Just my 2 cents, enjoy the game!!!!

Yeah GS already shut the naysayers up by coming back better and in the finals.. Winning would just be the cherry on top

LOL, been too busy with the family... As far as BrownShit status, think about it this year went exactly as predicted, remember I was saying it was going to be the CAvs vs the Warriors in 7 from day 1...
All the clowns who said the Cavs had no chance are the ones who should be put on blast!!!
