True. Have cats even checked Klay's numbers? If Curry isn't on the planet, people are arguing about whether or not Klay is the best all-time shooter. He stands a good chance to break Curry's record from last year. He holds the playoff record.
What you have to do is make them work on the defensive end. Run them cats through screens. KT is bigger than Curry, so he can take much more punishment. He'll also be relied on for more defense. Just make those cats work and don't go to pieces when they hit their shots. They are arguably the greatest shooters of all time.

Hell they could have put Payne in. He's a more consistent shooter and can make plays. Marrow is their best spot up shooter. Robertson wasn't going to keep hitting those shots. Robertson is under 30% 3pt shooter for his career. Sam Presti failed this team. Now you've most likely lost KD and Westbrook following next season.

Klay has been GS's best player this playoffs too. If they gave out the MVP for the entire playoffs, it's Klay over Curry, easily. And he's always the one stepping up FIRST... Curry has been coming to support Klay...but it's been Klay who has been catching fire first and keeping GS in games.
If they don't win the 'ship 2 seasons in a row?.... 74 games means nothing without a ring, plus GS has to pay Klay and Green also... Do they go into the luxury tax to keep this same squad if they don't win the ring?

Smith isn't easily guardable IF he's feeling it. He'll bake you... the problem is that he's too streaky.
But the Cavs have Lebron.. he'll dictate pace. He has high BB IQ. He's not gonna have his team running up and down the floor against a team that loves to volume shoot.
Only a dumb ass coach would push his team try to "outshoot" GS.
So you're saying the Cavs need to keep Klay out of the game... (play physical against him / get him in foul trouble) would be a major key for success?
