It's a defining game for OKC, especially KD that want to be THAT superstar Bron and Curry is on right now. KD gets no passes this time. If OKC somehow win this game, then I'll be stumped at how they did it.

Neither team has really dealt with a game of this magnitude, so the nerves are on both, GS just got home support.

Mannnn that pull up 3 by Klay was COLDDDDD...Iggy was key with his defense but OKC choked that game away by slowing it down. If Westbrook had continued to push the ball up the court before GS could set a defense, like he had been doing all game, then they wouldn't have been trying to doing something late i the shot clock

Yeah but KD was in rare form last game, like he almost had it in his mind he was going to carry the team to the finals all by himself, not realizing that when the greats do it, they do it with in the flow of the game, not just hogging the ball and taking dumb shot after dumb shot.. That's not how its done...

Oh, Ok, yeah, I was talking about Westbrook and Durant shooting like shit. Curry didn't shoot a HIGH percentage, but combined they shot MUCH better than Durant and Westbrook, and for it to take late game heroics by GS to win those games, tonites game isn't a foregone conclusion win for GS IMO...
 
I just don't see how OKC wins this game. Historically, the winner of game 5 wins the series. The pressure in game 6 can be a lot, especially at home. There's going to be too much going on & it could get ugly early. In game 5, Adams was on the bench with 2 fouls at 10:40...if he's out the game that early :itsawrap:

That play Stephen Jackson pointed out was very telling. KD made a silly turnover by being indecisive & freezing in the moment. Steph lost Waiters to double KD, who had Waiters wide open for 3, but he got stuck in air & turned it over. Two things I've noticed about KD: he throws lazy passes which has led to tons of steals & he hasn't figured out that he needs to play back to the basket to protect the ball. He gets ripped by Iggy & Curry because he's bringing the ball in front of their face to pull and they're baiting him...waiting on him to rise & then rip. He's come up small at a few critical times this series, game 6 is on him. Those last 4 minutes of the fourth quarter could define his time in OKC sadly.

He looks to score, which is fine and all, but if he takes that same aggression and looks to pass, that could help him get his teammates involved.

He is such a scorer. He could easily facilitate if he would at least try. Everybody knows he gonna shoot.

That's the only way OKC could win against them is to blow them out otherwise it's been a different story when the games were close.. GS won all of them going back to the reg season except game 1 In which GS bullshitted that one away
 
Durant says they didnt watch any film from the game 6 debacle... :smh:

These guys need a fucking coach thats not scared to tell them they shit stinks man.. I cant think of how NOT watching that is a good thing.. This isnt a championship team that already has a history of winning and just needs to move on from a bad game.. These muthafuckas play stupid and dont know how to win. They still need to actually learn from their fuck ups. .
 
People have to realize that if you don't have the bench or stamina (especially from your guards) to combat against the Warriors they will eventually wear you down both mentally and physically..
Chasing the splash brothers all game can wear you down, its fighting through all those screens and picks that does it and the deeper you go in the series the harder the task becomes.. All you have to do is look last years finals when Delly looked like he had Curry on lock but as the series got deeper especially towards the end of the game, Delly got worn and torn to the point of being hospitalized due to dehydration...
Right now in terms of stamina OKC is no better in the guard position that Cleveland was last year in the finals...
