which ever songs closely match the subject or type ...

True, but people always ignore this and look at it as an uplifting and inspirational song. Guess that's the beauty of 80's pop music. Covert messages hidden behind catchy riffs and cheerful singing.

I'll with Micheal simply because of his motown days and his last black album "Off the wall".I can't name one artist who could just switch up and change without it ending their careers.It did the oppose it for Micheal.

To me Prince and Rick James were in the same boat more and I read in Rick James book that he slapped the shit out of Prince and could never catch up to him again because he would leave if he got wind Rick was there.
