1 there's no adjustment.
2 it was a combo of the screens and motion they run which nobody else really does at this point
3. The one million blocks disagrees with you Lillard and Aminu and them were hitting a trillion 3s
4 the hawks almost won game 1 could have won game 3 and 4 but instead it was a sweep.
They couldn't close and they couldn't win and the cavs should not be penalized for sweeping them.
So. Let's not penalize the warriors for disposing of the blazers in 5.

There was no celebration when they won last year round here everybody was salty that Lebron didn't win and 99% weren't even cavs fans

The NFL is not like the NBA.. NFL you cannot predict who will go all the way but the NBA you can..
NBA teams show you who they are during the season, they don't do a 360 when playoff time comes
OKC are horrible at execution in close games and routinely loss leads in the 4th quarter ... In true fashion they damn near blew a 30 lead in the 4tg quarter last night..
The 2 close games they played GS during the season OKC was up by 10 with 2 1/2 mins left and what happen? Steph and Klay tied that shit up because a 10pt lead ain't safe when Steph is on the floor
You gonna see a lot of close games between OKC and GS and watch OKC gonna fold up like a cheap suit in situational basketball

Who are these super athletes on GS that match KD and Russ. Thunder have two unguardable pieces that GS have yet to figure out. They would match rather play the Spurs. Who is gonna guard these niggas? And now Donovan finally found a way to be versatile with line up and play both his bigs which adds another dimension. Consistent long ball shooting will the the Thunders biggest concern... but again, if Russ plays the right way, they will be a major headache my man. A couple of points. Looking at OKC dominance of the Spurs is fool's gold as it applies to the Warriors. The Spurs style of play fell right into the hands of OKC strength. The Spurs play a traditional system, so to Biggs will be able to be dominant in that context. Golden state does not play In traditional system and also you mentioned who's going to guard KD and Westbrook, that's a lot easier to figure it out then who's going to guard a system. And OKC can't rely on their perimeter shooters to back up KD and Westbrook if they drive and kick, as much as Golden State can. Ultimately something you said earlier could be the difference in this series. You yourself said golden state is a great team without Curry, which means their system is such that the interchangeable parts function cohesively regardless of who's on the floor. You can't say that about OKC. So essentially this would be a series of two players VS System. I don't know who's going to win but odds favor the system beating two players.
Good post. And i dont agree with the bottomline (GSW are favorites). My point is they havent faced a team as top heavy as OKC, and they have yet to figure them out (as they did the Spurs). My point is that they pose more questions and matchup concerns for GSW. I actually like their chances if Russ plays as he did the last 3 games against SAS.
They have to take care of business for sure; but its not as tough as you think; OKC will challenge them but they will come up short as well; so will the Cavs...
