Yep. Its basically McCollum and Lillard and 4 other 2 guards/small forwards who can shoot 3's. Then you have Aminu and Davis and Plumlee. Their personnel is NOTHING like the Warriors. They matched up decently with them because they are a small team and they play small.
Why? They don't do that lol.
They don't run off multiple screens or run multiple sets.
That's the point. The Blazers are well coached dude. They run sets dounless screens flares and they make multiple passes

I don't think they overachieved they just match up well playing small ball vs the Warriors, the weird thing is they may have been exploited if they were to go up against a bigger team like the Spurs...
But as long as the Warriors are the team to beat in the West, it may be best in their interest being one of the few teams that could at least match up vs the Warriors..

What is small ball??Are we talking GS or Portland; because Bogut is a starting 7 ft center on the warriors; barnes 6-8, klay 6-7; green 6-7; thats not a small team...
When they play Green at the center position it presents a problem for most teams...
1- If they stay big, then they can spread them out with Green outside shooting, then Green is going to burn most big guys on the fast break..
2- If they match up and go small then Green can donate like a center....
If you don't have a athletic big man who can rebound and run then the Warriors will eat you up with their small ball..
