I disagree with Charles. Winning the rebounding edge means nothing in small ball. The Heat never came close to rebounding. Dead last every year.

Problem with going big against small ball is that rebounding means little if they scoring at a 60% plus clip. That is how small ball wins. It creates such high percentage shots until before you look up it is a double digit lead
Charles is stuck in an era that doesnt exist anymore...

is it really a choke job???

Yes. They only lost 1 home game all year, now 2 in this series. Everyone, myself included, had them penciled in the WCF. No its not as bad as goin out the 1st round like last year, but losing this series when they were up 2-1. :smh:

I dont think its a choke because OKC is clearly the more talented team; it was just a question of them playing smart or not; they playing smart and Spurs is fools gold...

Nope. They just got beat. When Russell and Durant are playing their best ball, they have a chance to beat anyone.

Spurs gonna have to retool after this season. It's time for Duncan and Manu. Parker only has a couple of years left too. Those guys have a lot of miles on their legs. They often run out of gas late in the season.

He lead his team in points, steals, and was second in rebounds. He was their leading scorer and rebounder in the 4th too. and you and @KingTaharqa
so did Paul George, where is his votes at?? what about CP???; dude the Spurs record is fools gold; Leonard game on offense is barely above average; he cant take over games against good teams; he gets alot of press because he plays defense and he plays for the spurs; but ask yourself this; you think hes better than PG???

Fam, you see how Westbrook took his game to another level late in the game? Kawhi needed to do that. 26 points is cool, but they needed a 30+ effort from him. I don't think that's too much to ask of a "superstar" in a must win game.

Man what was the score in the first game of this series? Spurs went from THAT, to this, this shit is a CHOKE. If this was the Clippers doing this or the Rockets it wouldn't be a debate.

Anchoring a team with almost 70 wins is going to get your on the MVP radar man. I don't even know why you're making an issue out of a non-issue.

Paul George lead a team that was a 7th seed in the East. You're not getting much MVP attention on a 7th seed (only in rare situations will you even get any votes).

So much for sitting half the season huh?

.

Westbrook is a better offensive player than Kawhi.

Yall talking about "where he at" like he dropped 15 or something. He had a really good game..just not a great one....shit happens.. not like he went out extra smedium.

What Im saying is Leonard is nothing special; to me when we talk about MVPs, we are talking about special players; Again there is nothing special about Leonard..

I have to be. I was celebrating when the niners got to the 5 yard line acting a fool slapping niggas in the back of the head and all that shit.

Never again. Not until there's no time left
Im not telling you to celebrate early, but they not perfect dude; they are great but not perfect; and never will be...

Bills already mad. Yelling..

who do you and @largebillsonlyplease want to play.. the Spurs or OKC?

during the season I would have said OKC but I think yall might run the Spurs right out of the building.. they don't have anything left in the tank (or at least that's what it's looking like)

No preference really.

Spurs old but deadly

Thunder is probably tougher imo because 2 ppl on the court can drop 50 on you.

I hate that shit can we play some basic ass niggas for once

I wouldn't go that far. He's the back to back defensive player of the year that's also giving you 22 points a game and 7 boards. He's special in his own way.
