She'll get another job unless some lame posts her whole name or something.
Young people don't realize this not the days in which you can do something and it doesnt become permanent... I would never hire her based off this.

I'm not saying Walmart is a great or even decent job, but it's a job and and an option for many people who can't find work elsewhere.
Hope she won the lotto, otherwise, she's going good to look real dumb when she cannot find a better job anywhere else.

What you're saying is completely valid, but it's Walmart.. she can easily find a job on that same level that isn't gonna vett that heavy. End of the day, menial jobs like that are simply looking for bodies to manage their day to day operations.
Any other professional setting however, you're 100% correct.
Even though I TOTALLY agree that its Walmart, but the world of networking is CRAZY. Maybe she cut off future opportunities, I mean maybe not. But risk closing that door for nothing?
