great pgs get their teammates going then take over when needed

Ummmm NO. They tried that experiment his first two years. PJ got himself fired playing him out of position at the 2. He right where he belong. Pace and spacing would be ALL kinds of fucked up with those two that close. Coaching and shot selection by Russ are the main issues man. ... that and they need a shooter (tho i wouldnt be surprised if the shooter they need is already on the bench just not being utilized).

Hes at his best running downhill catching the defense in transition or back peddling. Terrible jump shooter, mediocre mid range and bad at rotating.. He would make a inefficient 2 guard. A 2 needs to be good in set plays. Russ aint. When hes on his triple double creating shit hes great.. He just doesnt seem focused on doing that when it actually counts. I dont think the position is the issue as much as its decision making and coaching

Yea man.. Gotta keep him there. Hes a matchup nightmare at the point... even with his atrocious flaws.. His strengths make that his ideal NBA position. He displays an ability to be efficient and successful there often.. He just totally loses it against great teams and in the clutch he reverts back to bullshit basketball. I think thats coaching man... And thats an easier fix then switching positions 7 years in.

He's not a TRUE PG. He's a superstar player with crazy talent. He just doesn't play in the flow of the game(As a PG) even though he stacks up numbers. I don't care what happens to OKC, but both Durant AND Westbrook need to play with TRUE PGs.
