It's not Wally.Wally is also black on Earth 2.
It could be Eddie Thawne... But he doesn't have a good reason to hold him hostage.
So it's most likely the 'real' Jay Garrick of Earth 2.
(i.e. The same guy who was sitting on the park bench, who Zoom lied about & told Caitlin he was Hunter Zolomon)
Zoom/Hunter Zolomon has been pretending to be Jay Garrick this entire season. He even went back in time and killed himself to fool everyone. So it only makes sense that he also traveled backward in time to capture his doppelgänger (the 'real' Jay Garrick) and keep him locked up.... in order to assume his identity.
Maybe but that would be too obvious. Also we were told everyone shown would have a doppelgänger. Of memory only ones who've not been doubled are Wally and Eddie.

That event will setup all the new storylines for Season 3.
Killer Frost. Vibe. And Wally West will all get their 'full powers'. In addition to new villains.
they probably wont show them right off the bat afterwards,just gradually(say,Catlin and Cisco are talking in the pre-credits stinger,then when the latter walks out of the room,Caitlin picks something up and it starts to turn blue/freeze..she looks at it like

so when he does recreate the particle accelerator explosion to give Barry back his powers,why do i get the feeling that Wally,Jessie and Caitlin(assuming she's rescued) will all be in the immediate vicinity when it happens
Another aspect to consider...When barry got his power 2 yrs ago it was ebord thawne as harrison wells NOT the real harrison wells.
It will be interesting to see if That makes any difference to the outcome.

Watching the previous episodes left me a lil confused. In the beginning of the season Zoom was intent on killing the flash yet as the season went on it was reveled he wanted his speed. When did it become known he needed him alive for that?
I don't like the reveal of jay as zoom it leaves too many holes. Also, zoom said to Caitlyn "you wouldn't believe it" when she asked who was in the mask. My idea is that since Zoom was on earth 1 he knew it would of been someone Caitlyn was familiar with. I know it can't be Eddie since Zoom didn't know him. That leaves only two people who Zoom encountered that hasn't been doppelgänger. Wally and Barry's father. I'm leaning towards Barrys dad.
