When I do tuna fish, that shit have more eggs than tuna

If i had a diet of eggs I'd be skinny as fuck. I would eat like 3 eggs a day and be full for 24 hours lol
 
I noticed he takes glutamine on a regular. I have some but I'm just now noticing how effective it really is as a BCAA. I swear if your feeling sick or tired or your stuffed up can't breath good. Take some glutamine and it will clear you up. That shit is the truth. I just looked at is as a basic protein that prevents muscle wasting but how it does that adds a lot of benefits to your overall health. Glutamine adds more nitrogen to your body and muscles that's what protein does. But the more nitrogen dense your muscles the easier you gain muscle. Nitrogen is in our bodies and the higher the levels of nitrogen the better you function and the body doesn't have to convert muscle into nitrogen by breaking down your gainz.

I think Glutamine is necessary to building lean muscle.

Where do you buy duck eggs? What they taste like?

My great grandma from Texas use to have chickens and those eggs tasted great. I have not tasted eggs that good since. The difference from store bought is night and day. I could eat the whole pan.

I notice he's on BCAA, which I've started taking for the past few weeks. That shit does change you. It's for building mass, burning fat and helps you to recover quicker from a strenuous workout from what I've read. Started taking it and slowly building up my intake of it. Doing about 6 grams a day of it. It's recommended to take about 5-10 but some of these heavy lifters do like 20-30 grams a day. It really is no joke as to what it does for all your muscles...

I use to see signs like that when driving through Gilroy Pacheco Pass on my way to Fresno. Farm fresh fruits and everything.

I'll check the international market. Maybe Amish food market see if they got duck eggs don't see too many signs like that where I'm at.

I just grabbed this one off the shelf I t was cheap so I got it didn't really put much thought into a brand. Was pissed when I found out the bottle wasn't even half full. :angry:

I'm not using the powder as bodybuilder's do or suggest. I don't lift or workout, just follow BulletProof Diet and he suggests it, so just started with pills.
