It's hard for me to feel sorry for blacks cause blacks put these Asians on such a pedastal. Black people want these allies but all of these non blacks' aim is white status.
Generally speaking, the defendant can motion to have charges/sentencing modified/reduced after sentencing... Essentially if the judge agrees the jury decision wasnt supported by the facts. I would assume his attorney did just that. But even that aside, they have a ton of discretion.. The DA only recommended house arrest and community service so the reduction is in line with his recommendation and will be used to support it. Why he (DA) would pretend to be outraged now is beyond me. Safe to say this is his last term tho.

There's like only a handful of Asian judges in the entire country, and one of them just happened to preside over this case???
This whole scenario is a tragedy and the fact it was able to go down like this is insane. It wasn't Asians. It was New York based Chinese who put the pressure on and got that officer off. My question is, where were all of the New York based blacks to keep the pressure on so this wouldn't happen? You trying to tell me that Chinese people have more pull now in NYC, then black people?
