LeBron James gave Kyrie Irving a very boisterous and animated OT pep talk vs Hawks 4/1...

As a cavs fan i loved it get at that yougin to make em the PG he should be irving has to much talent and potential to be an asshole listen to greatness and take heed sometimes you gotta son a cat to let em know

He's listening, just was so much of a one on one player it's taking way longer than they need.

Im not sure where you are trying to go with this.

I agree that they arent good enough to win it all.

So what?

Nobody said LeBron is perfect. But i can say is that he pulls his own weight. If those guys dont wanna get yelled at all they have to do is perform. Which is what they get paid to do, regardless of their fragile little feelings getting hurt.

Im saying yelling aint gonna really do shit when the squad isnt going to live up to expectations. Its not like theyre a bad team, just not good enough to win a title and there nothing wrong with that. But just because Brons the best player doesnt mean he needs to be yelling at dudes. Again, its not like hes playing with the 6ers roster out there. Theyre not fucking up on purpose, they dont appear to be tanking it. They just dont fit together.

Naw you a bitch plain and simple

Should LeBron just forget his role as a leader and just give in?

Id rather see him go down aggressively even if that means stepping on some toes.

And im not in the locker room, i cant tell you he is a good leader or not, but as a fan i wanna see him try.

Y'all added one more.good job !!!! Now you got a crew of five including a dick pic seeking faggit.

I see calling you Pedro got you hotter than bacon grease... Being a Mexican for you tight

Does Lebron yell at Kevin Love? Seems like Lebron has some KG in him. He keeps picking on the small guys.

Thing is Lebron don't do shit for anybody to yell at him like that

Are you fuckin serious?

Lebron's D coast on D a lot more than he used to

Plus he bails out teams by shooting threes and long twos. The team used to be upset because Blatt ignored Lebron's mistakes and just concentrated on theirs. Lebron does the same shit.

Yelling doesnt make you a leader. Much like parenting. If you have to resort to yelling to get your point across, you need to question your methods. Not the childs ability to understand whats being said. To be honest, being the best player on a basketball team doesnt make you a leader either. Im starting to question his leadership ability if Im being honest. In Miami regardless of who the best player was, I dont think Bron was the leader in that locker room. Id say Wade, and Haslem carried more weight than Bron. In Cleveland the first time he showed poor leadership and has done so again this time around. So you could argue if maybe Bron and his personality needs to have checks and balances. Because when he is the most dominant personality based on outside appearances... The teams dont do so well... Just saying.

You shouldn't ever compare parenting with leading a sports team.

They arent similar in any kind of way. Specially not at the pro level. These guys arent out there pretending to be each other's dads.

Im not here telling you yelling "works" better then any other way.

Look, Duncan gave guys the silent treatment. He ignored guys for months. Conversaly, in football Tom Brady is known as the best leader, the guy yells and cusses out his teammates and coaches regularly, in practices and in games. Are you gonna tell Brady his way doesnt work?

Theres alot to learn about leadership. But no matter how much you learn, it has to be authentic, you have to be you.

Hey man, I dont know what the answer is. To some, its a magic bullet. Yell, show some emotion, bada bing, light turns on. That was the reason. From my experience yelling is typically the first sign shit isnt going well. On a team, we know our assignments, our responsibilities. If I fuck up... I know in an instant, normally before something happens that I fucked up. So the last thing I need is someone in my face on some "Get your shit together" tip. It creates a blame game culture where people start looking for shit to go tit for tat on.

Like I said earlier some shit has been romanticized to the point we think its cool now. Same with hazing. To me its just a green light to be disrespectful under the guise of team building and competition. Im all for practical jokes, but shit always gets taken too far. In the heat of the moment shit gets said, and it gets said in a way that could rub a person the wrong way. So for me, if its not a suggestion on something youre seeing to help my play......... Miss me with that yelling shit. I also extend the same courtesy. In this particular instance... It looked Like Kyrie isnt with the yelling shit either. Regardless of the end result.

Im not trying to come down on Bron. Hes not perfect like you said. Im also not in that locker room, but there are signs his squad aint riding for him in a way that leads me to believe the shit hes done on and off the court have caused a rift. And if that rift is indeed there, him yelling is probably doing more harm than good.

“I told him it doesn’t matter what happened in the last 52½ minutes, just go up there and knock them down because I believe you can do that,” LeBron James said. “I know what’s going on in your mind. You’re able to calm yourself and he was able to do that. I hate the fact that he broke his streak, but he went up there and knocked the free throws down and we needed every last one of them.”.

and a hush fell over the room...

Only til the next "King Kong gone bad" narrative the media puts out bout Bron surfaces. :ssshhh:

Cheat code season been so great that a few players great season are getting overlooked....Bron is one of them...(mainly of late, if that fool can cut them damn turnovers down)

One thing we most definitely agree on is that those guys aint riding for LeBron.

I just dont know if that says more about them or if its about LeBron.

My thing is this, even if you aint riding for your leader, thats no excuse for underachieving as a player. Its your name, your legacy, your money, your game. Im not just talking about Kyrie, alot of these guys arent playing their best ball.

Honestly I wonder if the fact that they will never get any heat about it has really spoiled it for them. For example, ESPN ran a story about a rift between Kyrie and his teammates because he doesnt move the ball as a point guard. The conclusion they kept going back to that is LeBron is the one who has to fix the rift between them. These guys are spoiled rotten.

Took your bitchass 7 motherfucken minutes to respond to a LeBron post faggit?! Da Fuck?!?!? You are pathetically ridiculous with your gay love for this Dude... Jeezus!

To be honest I think we're making more of a problem with them than it is...
For as not liking to play with each other. It's very possible I'm wrong but fuck it, Chris "multiple" Broussard is wrong often.

You're right. Those guys need to step up too. We have made it into Bron vs them, when regardless of how he acts they still need to be professionala and be the Allstars they were before him. Love has sucked, Kyrie has always been a ballhog, but he looks like he pouts when he doesn't have it. That team needs a hard reset.
