  • Base model will do 0-60 in under 6, with versions that go much much faster.
  • Base will be at least 215 miles per charge, and Elon said that “these are minimum numbers, we hope to exceed them”.

  • Like the model S, it will have front and rear trunks.
  • All Model 3s will come with supercharging standard.
  • The roof area is “one continuous pane of glass”.

  • Tesla has brought in more than $115 million in preorders on the new Model 3today, according to company CEO Elon Musk. That's 115,000 cars worth more than $4 billion at the base price of $35,000

APPLE watching this shit and daydreaming about the billions it will make on pre-orders alone of the 1st AppleCar

Apple should have just acquired Tesla when they were open to it. They would have a fiduciary responsibility to consider any serious offer anyway even now.. and Apple is sitting on a pile of cash... could acquire them easily and barely move the needle on their balance sheet.

the instrument cluster in the model S is nice, i hope they don't really get rid of it in the model 3

auto industry - audi, bmw, lexus, acura, infiniti & anybody trying to eat in the $30 - $50k range basically
big oil
other ev's
Anyone peddling oil suckers is destined to fail. The Nissan Leaf is dead, and the Chevy Bolt will be too. People think that because it's EV it should be boring. I have had a Prius. I know boring.

Gas is so cheap right now
The question I have is, how much money are you spending towards your electric bill to charge it every week ???
Where are the numbers on that
If it costs just as much (if not more than a tank of gas), to charge it up every week...then how much are you really saving ???

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

I want to see the age demographics for those that pre-ordered, i won't be surprised if it's the young professionals - millennials that other brands are creating basic lower end models and marketing hard to pull in.

The same people who are buying these badge vehicles in the cheap market, aka the Benz cla, bmw 1.237, and etc.
